Full on family fun, at the Anda Barut Collection in Didim

Anda Barut Didim

Anda Barut Collection in Didim has been one of clients top picks since it opened in 2024, so I was delighted to be able to try it for myself, with my bestie and our 3 children ranging from 4 - 10. Here is why we loved it and why I think it works brilliantly for families, couples and multigenerational groups alike.

Food glorious food...

One of the biggest stand-outs for us was the a la carte dining. Instead of feeling tied to the same buffet each evening, we could mix and match from a choice of restaurants, each with its own atmosphere and somewhere for the girls to play!  My favourite was Fish Camp, with fresh seafood and sea views.  For lunch we enjoyed the Italian, with a small play park right at the front, we got time to relax and watch the girls play.  Ask the children, and the Olivae Patisserie would be their go to, for a daily fix of ice cream and cake!

An epic on-site waterpark and fair

The waterpark absorbed a lot of time, so much so, we were grateful for the break when it closed for lunch!  There was a toddler splash area, smaller flumes and slides for primary - pre teens.  And then a thrill seeking zone for anyone with a head for heights and wild water rides! Between us, we sampled just about everything, and we loved that all ages were covered.

In the evening we would spend an hour at the Madventure Park, with nightly shows for younger ones,  fairground rides and a playpark to burn whatever energy ( and sugar) was left, before it was time to settle in to enjoy the evening entertainment.

Evening entertainment to rival the West End

This was a big highlight for everyone.  We enjoyed acrobatics, magic, dance and tribute acts.  The quality was outstanding and far beyond what was expected from holiday entertainment.

Space to enjoy

The site is huge, but cleverly designed and separated into distinct zones.  We spent the majority of it in the family and community area's, but it was easy to see how the resort would work just as well for couples opting to stay in the adult area.  Rooms were spacious with large balconies, we had a family room with sea view, which was plenty big enough for 5, and with clever design features like separate toilet, showers and sink area's meant we were never short on bathroom space!

We also loved the extra touches including the bathrobes and slippers for every child, and a toothbrush pack complete with egg timer and beaker.  Who knew toothbrushing could be so much fun!

Although we didn't use it, there is also a babysitting service and kids clubs starting from 6 months right up to 18years.

The overall feel of the hotel is very much modern, five‑star Aegean chic, and that extends to the bars and drinks offering. There are multiple bars across the resort and a focus on premium branded drinks, high‑quality cocktails and a smart, contemporary bar design.

If you are looking for a stylish beachfront resort on Turkey’s Aegean coast with superb dining, a brilliant waterpark, multiple pools and thoughtful family touches, this would be an excellent option.
