Our Two Bedroom Suite with Solarium

We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom suite with solarium, which worked perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone (my husband, teenage son and 11 year old daughter) to spread out, a lovely sense of privacy for the grown-ups, and a sun‑drenched solarium that became our favourite spot for slow mornings and pre‑dinner drinks. It felt like our own little sanctuary within the resort, with all the five‑star comforts on hand but the atmosphere of a private retreat.

Vila Vita Parc is part of a prestigious luxury hotel collection and it shows in the details: the quality of the furnishings, the immaculate gardens and the way every team member seems to anticipate what you need before you ask. Service really was excellent throughout our stay, from housekeeping to restaurant staff and the helpful concierge team.

One of the real highlights of Vila Vita Parc is its incredible choice of dining. For a family that loves its food, this was heaven.

Within the resort you can move from world‑class, Michelin star fine dining to relaxed, toes‑in‑the‑sand beach restaurants without ever feeling that children or teenagers are an afterthought. Evening meals became part of the holiday experience in their own right: beautifully presented dishes, local flavours, thoughtfully curated wine lists and those sweeping Atlantic views that make every dinner feel special.

A Playground for Teenagers and Children

For families, the sheer amount there is to do at Vila Vita Parc really sets it apart.

Within the resort you will find:

• Paddle and pickleball courts, which quickly became a family favourite for friendly (and slightly competitive!) matches.

Effortless Travel, Instant Relaxation

Part of what made this such a successful holiday was how easy it all felt. The Algarve is just a short flight away, we had no long queues for passport control and were on our way from Faro Airport in no time with our hire car.

Around 40 minutes after leaving the terminal we were sweeping through the gates of Vila Vita Parc and immediately felt that deep exhale you get when you know you have chosen the right place. Palm trees, manicured lawns, sea air: it all comes together to create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and wonderfully laid back.

Perfect Base for Sightseeing

As tempting as it was to simply stay within the resort, Vila Vita Parc also makes a great base for exploring the Algarve. From charming local villages to dramatic cliff‑top walks and pretty coves, there is so much to see within easy reach. It meant we could mix relaxed pool and beach days with gentle sightseeing, giving the holiday just the right blend of adventure and downtime.

Our Verdict

Our holiday at Vila Vita Parc was everything we hoped it would be: very relaxing, quietly luxurious and full of special moments as a family. The combination of beautiful accommodation, outstanding dining, exceptional service and brilliant facilities for children and teenagers made it feel effortless from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Vila Vita Parc to families looking for a premium yet relaxed escape in the Algarve. We loved it so much that we have already decided we will go back again soon.
