I have just returned from the beautiful island of Rhodes after attending a romantic beach wedding in Lindos. It's the first wedding I have attending abroad and I wasn't disappointed. The bride and groom chose to be married on the beach but there is also the option for the ceremony to take place at St Paul's church or if preferred, a hotel setting.

After a very intimate and beautiful beach ceremony, we went back to the hotel for the reception which began in true Greek style with wonderful dancers, followed by a luscious feast of food and wine.

We stayed at Lindos Bay which is just a short taxi ride from Lindos which is so pretty with its white washed little tavernas and cobbled streets, surrounded by little gift shops and the most stunning views can be seen from the Acropolis.

With just a four hour flight from the UK, Lindos is a spectacularly beautiful setting for a wedding abroad.
