My friends and I would like to put on record what a fantastic job Gail Herring did for us with our recent trip to Las Vegas and California. She had helped us build our trip which included a week-long stay in La Jolla/San Diego which was to be our relaxing week. Between us we had settled on a hotel in La Jolla described as close to the sea on the website but to our dismay when we arrived we were situated at a large intersection of a motorway system with no restaurants, bars and the sea/beach a 15 minute minimum drive. The hotel refused to move us to their sister hotel in San Diego. We contacted Gail and she very quickly resolved out problem and moved us the next day to the sister hotel which was perfectly located. Without Gail's help our second week could have been a disaster. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - we had a fantastic holiday thanks to Gail!!!

I have recommended Gail to friends because the service she provides is fantastic. Gail never fails to delight. I messaged Gail one day on our holiday in Australia when I realised we had left some swimwear in our hotel room in Dubai en route to Perth. I asked for the telephone number of the hotel and explained why. A couple of hours later I got a reply from Gail who had arranged for our clothes to be couriered to the hotel we were going to be staying in to break up our return journey. This all happened on Easter Sunday! Where else would I get that level of service? I know if anything happened affecting our holiday, Gail would do everything possible to assist us. Amazing service - Gail recently put together a great bespoke trip to Thailand for my girlfriend and I...and we simply wouldn't book through any one else. We would recommend Gail to anybody looking for a caring, knowledgeable agent who always exceeds expectations. We have arranged 4 holidays with her; 2 city breaks and 2 beach breaks, each of which we have loved. The city breaks produced very comfy, convenient hotels with excellent service at a price which left plenty of our budget to explore. The beach breaks produced stunning hotels in beautiful, quiet places and made the holidays very special. Best of all though is the support Gail provides. Not only does she do all the research, book the flights and hotels etc. as you would expect but she carries on caring after the holiday is sold. This was proved to us when our flights were cancelled the day before departure due to a baggage handler strike in Rome. By the time it had been reported on the news and we got hold of Gail she had already altered our booking at our hotel and booked us new flights turning what may have ruined a holiday into a minor inconvenience. We are in the process of booking our 5th holiday through Gail and it is very reassuring to know yet again it will exceed our expectations.

For the last five years I have had the responsibility of booking a group holiday for up to nine women. This year we really wanted to visit Santorini but the budget I was given just didn't stretch to the cost of a package holiday in Santorini.
