My name is Gemma and I am based just outside of Watford in Hertfordshire.
After almost 20 years experience in the travel industry, 18 of which were spent managing a busy high street travel agency, I am now very pleased to be a self employed travel expert with the freedom and flexibility to provide exceptional customer service.
My passion for travel has enabled me to visit some truly incredible places.
From cruising through the Panama Canal, to seeing the spectacular Northern Lights in Iceland. Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge to meeting Mickey Mouse in Disneyworld. Being amongst the wild animals on safari in Kenya to having afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, I really am fortunate to say these are just a very small sample of my travels.
I love to share my knowledge and first hand experiences to enrich your travel plans and give you a holiday experience that creates lasting memories.
I like to really get to know you and what you want to get out of your holiday experience. I will ask plenty of questions to build something for you and I won't give up until its perfect - I love a challenge.
As I am home based, I am available at a time to suit you including weekends and evenings. I am contactable over the telephone, via email and face to face too, so happy to communicate the way you prefer.
Over the 18 years managing a travel agency, I have obtained extensive knowledge on long-haul destinations and also on destinations closer to home. I have tailor-made itineraries but also made many arrangements for family holidays who are working towards a particular budget.
I worked at cruise events and have cruised personally myself since the age of 11 which gives me the ability to make valid recommendations for you.
I also ran successful events at the National Wedding shows in London, arranging destination weddings for larger and intimate groups of friends and family and their once in a lifetime honeymoon trips.
I understand its important for you to feel that you are in safe hands and have confidence when making your travel plans. You can rest assured knowing you have choice, flexibility and financial protection when booking with a Travel Counsellor.

The only limit to my service is packing your suitcase, otherwise I am there every step of the way.
