I have had the pleasure of working with Gillian for the last 15 years. Gill has arranged a number of holidays for me over the last 5 years, two in Australia and the rest in Europe. I would thoroughly recommend her services and use them again myself. She is very pleasant to deal with, listens to what you want and offers suggestions and all the arrangements she has made (flights, accomodation, car hire, airport transfers, tickets to events) have always worked out perfectly. It is important to have complete trust in your travel agent and the arrangements made, particularly when abroad, and I have that trust in Gill.

I cannot reccomend Gill more highly. On one occasion she spent hours on a Christmas Eve securing me a flight when mine was cancelled. On another occasion when I found myself stranded in America it was hugely reassuring to hear the calm voice of Gill who sorted things out quickly and efficiently. My Wife & I have used the services of Gillian over a number of years including two complicated trips to North America and at the other end of the scale, family Hotels en-route through France for seventeen people aged 7 to 80! She is very helpful with good ideas and an eye to cost, most definitely would not use any other service.

Gill found us the perfect holiday! The Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun was a great choice, all the facilities we wanted, great weather and lovely staff. On behalf of Jon and myself, I would just like to thank you for arranging such a fantastic holiday for us, we had an absolutely amazing time. Also, thank you very much for reassuring us on the Monday I was getting into a panic and it was really good of you to speak to me. I do have photos but they are in working progress so I will forward some to you as soon as they are ready... We saw the big 5 plus lots more cats, hippos, crocodiles, lots of other animals and different kind of herds although the view was just as amazing...we were walking around in awe of everything.
