We’re finally back after our epic trip/holiday so thanks for all you did in the organisation and planning of it, there’s no way we could’ve done all that ourselves with the co-ordination of all of us involved, my mum and sister. By the way Sri Lanka was fantastic to visit can’t believe us Brits havent fully discovered it as it’s right up our street so anyone who asks tell them it’s worth it. Gillian is extremely professional and most pleasant to deal with. We asked her to arrange our holiday to Barbados this year and it could not have gone smoother. Gill arranged the flights well beforehand and sorted out the seats and the special assistance at Manchester airport. She has been available every step of the way answering any queries we may have had. We had requested a particular type of accommodation at the South Gap Hotel in St Lawrence and as she knew we were getting married, had a bottle prosecco waiting for us for the wedding day. We can’t thank Gill enough for her efforts in making our holiday special and to that end we have re-booked with her again for 2025. If I was looking to book any type of holiday my first port of call ( pardon the pun) would be Gill. In my experience Gill goes the extra mile to put together a package that suits you in every way. Her after sales service is excellent too, many travel agents can be less than nterested once the holiday has been sold.

I can't fault Gill's customer service. She is pleasant to deal with and goes the extra mile to ensure your holiday is everything you want it to be.
