Gina's immediate understanding of our requirements and exceptional knowledge of the options available, ensured a holiday to remember. Gina took care of every detail down to the last letter, to provide a stressless, worry free trip of the highest quality. I can't recommend Gina highly enough, she is a true industry expert and I will not be using anyone else going forward

Gina was recommended to us by friends and I can't recommend her highly enough. I wasn't 100% sure what we were after as skiing is not something that we have done a lot of in the past but we did know we needed it to be easy and not over the top financially. We also wanted it to be straightforward in regards to COVID restrictions and ever-changing guidelines. I could not have asked for a more helpful service. From start to finish Gina was amazing & kept coming up with suggestions no matter how many times I asked "what/how about...?" She confirmed what we needed, what paperwork was required, and sorted every detail down to ski hire, lessons etc.. The holiday was amazing, they kept in touch to sort out any issues we had (we really didn't but a slight hiccup they were made aware of & were on it!) It was like being a VIP! I would recommend them to anyone looking to book a holiday regardless of the type or budget.

Just back from the most amazing week of skiing in Switzerland!! We are a family of 4 - 2 children (12 and 15) who are very good skiers and race slalom, and my wife and I who have only started skiing recently.. We had only ever been to one resort in France before, as we felt safe going back to the same place repeatedly! We were very keen to try something new, now that the children were older. Gina spent a lot of time ensuring we had all our requirements met. From the accommodation, to access to slopes, to ensuring all our abilities were catered for; was done carefully and efficiently. Her attention to every detail is exceptional and she and her husband have a huge experience of the different resorts, which meant we were not left trying to make choices ourselves without their expert local knowledge. We went for New Year 2021 and so the planning was done during Covid-19 restrictions. Gina was incredible at keeping up to date with all the travel restrictions and at the last minute was able to seamlessly change our holiday to a different country. This was done with no fuss, keeping us completely involved with the choices but also in a way which meant we were stress free. We cannot imagine travelling again without Gina's advice, help and support. We cannot recommend Gina highly enough.

Gina has been absolutely fabulous- I cannot thank her enough for helping us book our summer 2021 holiday. Gina from the outset wanted to help us find the perfect family holiday (with 3 teenagers it was no easy task!). She initially asked us lots of questions in order to start her research and then followed up with us after the first set of ideas to find out what it was that we did and didn’t like it.
