Grace organised our Christmas skiing trip to Banff, Canada this year. Everything from the flights, transfers, our accommodation and ski passes / hire all ran smoothly without fault and we had a wonderful time. I used Grace from Travel Counsellors for a hen do I went on in June and from start to finish she was just brilliant. She originally sorted us a gorgeous looking hotel in Malta, central to everything we needed and wanted and for a great price. Everything was all ready to go, but two weeks before we were due to fly we received an email from our airline saying one of our flights had been cancelled! It’s safe to say I couldn’t have sorted it without Grace - she endlessly searched to find us another flight that wasn’t extortionate (unfortunately nothing was coming up) so instead we decided another destination would have to be the way to go. She massively saved the day and found us the most beautiful hotel in Tenerife, cancelled our hotel in Malta and moved all of our flights! For something that could have been so stressful and hard work Grace took all of that away and because of that, us bridesmaids and especially the bride had THE best time! We booked our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and Maldives through Travelcounsellors and I have to say it was the best thing we did! Grace was our travel counsellor and with just one word she was absolutely amazing! We had the best honeymoon anyone could ask for. From the point we got in touch till the end she was so good, she was super quick at responding to any queries we had and always helpful, she did everything she can to make it perfect for us. I had never booked a holiday before with a travel agent but once I saw a review of how good Grace with Travel Counsellors is, I thought I should give it a go! The experience from start to finish was PERFECT. Grace found us such a wonderful 5* hotel overlooking the beach at Rhodes. The quality was amazing and exactly what we wanted. On the day to fly home, the air strikes in France threatened a potential delay. Grace was already keeping up with the status of our flight without me even mentioning. Once we got to the airport, our flight was cancelled until the next afternoon. Within 30 seconds of me telling Grace, she was on the phone sorting everything and booked us back into the same hotel! We went straight back, had another cocktail and a great nights sleep! Grace was professional, kind, understanding and so helpful. It made an awful delay feel like nothing happened! I honestly cannot recommend enough.

We booked our holiday after getting contact with Grace initially in February this year. From the outset Grace’s customer service was excellent. We had an initial phonecall to discuss what we were looking for & then Grace did all the hard work in terms of finding options that met our budget and wish list. As we were travelling for the first time with our young baby there were additional things to think about- travel cot, safe transfers to and from the airport with car seat etc. Grace was amazing with all of these details and really put me at ease before we had our holiday by finding out any additional information that we requested. Unfortunately we had some significant disruption to our outbound flight due to issues with the airline. Throughout the day of our departure Grace was in touch checking on the status of our flight and when it was cancelled she immediately started to resolve things with alternative flights, transfers and contacting our hotel to ensure we could still get away as planned. I was so incredibly grateful for this as it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would highly recommend Grace and travel counsellors and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Grace recommended a few popular countries we could travel to when I suggested a winter sun holiday in January!! We decided to book Jamaica and Grace recommended a few popular parts of the island to stay. We booked Sandals Ochi Resort and was so excited! Grace knows her stuff, especially the sandals properties so I knew we were booking a very special holiday! After years of booking our holidays independently, we decided to use Travel Counsellors to book our first family holiday with a 1 year old child. Grace was brilliant and saved us a lot of time looking for a perfect holiday. We were quite particular about the type of location (family friendly but not boring), hotel (boutique style but accepting babies) and food (catering for babies with food allergies) and Grace found us the right place and below budget. Being a control freak, I did hesitate and change my mind a couple of times but Grace was very understanding and professional about it. She worked all hours and even completed the booking on her day off to ensure we benefited from the available discount. Not sure if it's relevant, but we went to Parga in Greece - a beautiful place we had not even heard about before Grace mentioned it.

I booked a last-minute holiday with Grace during the pandemic and had the best time! Grace provided all of the information for me and explained clearly and in detail what I needed to do according to the government guidelines of both the UK and Spain. Within 2 days I understood the travel requirements and everything was booked. She was there for me every step of the way and found the perfect hotel for me in a great location in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca. The beach and town were within walking distance with a great selection of restaurants. The hotel was stunning with a rooftop pool and beach sunset views. There was a small hiccup with my transfers but Grace sorted everything out for me over the phone as was always on hand if there were any issues. I felt 100% safe and supported while traveling thanks to Grace. I highly recommend booking a holiday with her.

Our experience booking our family holiday with Grace has been absolutely fantastic. I can truly say that it won't be the last booking we will be making with her! Her friendly and professional attitude made me feel that nothing was too much trouble, and it almost felt like she could read my mind with some of the options she found for us.. however without all of the hours of searching! She was able to find us a really good deal and put the whole package together including transfers, luggage, insurance etc which again saved me so much time. The Travel counsellors App is also great and makes making payments and seeing all your booking details really easy! We were also really wary about booking due to the Covid situation and Grace was able to offer so much advice - it was amazing to speak to someone who actually knows what the rules are! Overall we are just so happy that we found Grace as we now have a travel Councellor for life and someone who we can absolutely put our trust into to and we are excited to see what future offers she is going to have for our next booking.
