Well where do I begin !! Helen was amazing at helping us find our perfect getaway a few months back to Iceland. What a choice!. From the time I told Helen where i wanted to go and the dates, she arranged everything down to the smallest detail even sorted out two incredible excursions one to the blue lagoon and one to the northern lights. Nothing was too much trouble at all keeping us informed at every point. Helen even contacted us 24 hours before the flight to see if we had everything we needed . Very quick replies to any emails sent. Just amazing service from someone very professional and very knowledgeable about so many places. If you are thinking of booking a holiday to no matter where, definately contact Helen first as I guarantee you would not get a more professional, personal service anywhere. Helen has been just the best for finding us holidays at a reasonable price! I have not beaten her on price yet and if I say I have found it cheaper somewhere else, she has always found it cheaper and with a better room thrown in! She listens, stays calm and is just there throughout the whole process. She supports and puts up with my silly questions. Holidays have been amazing and now I will always come to Helen! WOW!!! Absolutely amazing. Not only was our wedding day an unforgettable and wonderful life changing experience but our whole holiday for the two weeks was because of Helen. Through all the awful travel conditions and having to re-schedule our wedding a few times Helen did her upmost to make sure that everything worked out and ran as smoothly as possible. And with no stress whatsoever. The villa she booked for us was absolutely amazing. Helen made us feel super relaxed and we knew we our trip was in good hands. Helen did an amazing job of organising our holiday, we needed to Change things over 3 times due to COVID. We also changed our accommodation half way through which Helen did without complaint. She gave great advice, kept us updated on restrictions and suggested the most amazing hotel to start with then villa. It’s been a really hard time in travel, Helen has carried out her job with a laugh on every call & couldn’t have been more professional. An incredibly easy service to use , I have a very busy schedule at home and rarely find time in which to sit down and organise a holiday , especially that this holiday was a surprise one for my partner so I required to organise in when ever I found a moment in the day or in the evening, Helen was very helpful in arranging everything and I have to say really knows her job. Wow what a trip! Travelling over from Sydney to Greece for a friend’s wedding we decided to take the opportunity to island hop around and see a bit more of what the beautiful country has to offer. Having never been to Greece before and with so many islands to choose from, we felt slightly overwhelmed with where to go and how long we would need in each place.... luckily we had Helen who put together a perfectly tailor made itinerary for us and even suggested areas to visit that... she had personally looked in to for us that we had not actually heard of? Symi being one of them which ended up being one of the prettiest most delightful little towns we have ever been to! We visited 5 areas in total, each being unique and different from the next. Helen even took the time to read reviews on hotels for each of the areas and islands we visited to ensure they suited our taste and met all the requirements that we had requested e.g. close to town, pool etc. Our trip was fully managed from the hotels, to the transfers, to the domestic flights making our 3 week trip smooth and 100% stress free meaning we could fully relax and enjoy our holiday! Since returning home we have had countless people ask how we planned our itinerary so well and how incredible our trip looked, we have recommended Helen to several people already. One of the best holidays we have ever had... the memories will last forever!
