Wow! we have had the most amazing trip to Borneo and cannot thank you enough for your guidance and patience with organising this for us. We gave Ian what we thought was a difficult task, trying to arrange a holiday with one in the UK and the other in France, as we weren't having much luck on our own. Ian got in touch, listened to what we did and didn't want, the list was quite long. Within a couple of days Ian had emailed us a list of wonderful cruises that ticked all of the boxes for the sort of holiday we wanted. Neither of us have cruised and Ian is still sending us information of things we need to know, the holiday is not until August. It's great to know that he is just a phone call away for any queries.

Ian took all the pain out of finding me a holiday. Having wasted hours on the internet trying to find a suitable break, I gave Ian a brief remit. He came back very promptly with four options and we went with option one straightaway. Ian did all the booking, sent me the boarding passes, arranged the insurance with a final check with me just prior to departure. The hotel he chose for us was fantastic and the location was perfect - not a location I had previously considered as none of the major sites on the internet gave me that option.
