Chia Laguna Nature Resort: One Sardinian resort, three distinct stays

A stay for every style

Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia offers the most luxurious experience, with refined accommodation, signature experiences, and access to the Conrad Spa. It’s particularly well suited to couples, special occasions, and those looking for a more indulgent stay. Baia di Chia Sardinia has a quieter, adults-oriented feel. Its cottage-style accommodation sits amongst Mediterranean vegetation, with sea or lagoon views and direct access to Monte Cogoni Beach. For families, The Village sits at the heart of the resort, with a large swimming pool, children’s clubs, sports, and entertainment all close by.

Beach days on Sardinia’s southern coast

Chia is known for its beaches, and guests have access to two particularly beautiful stretches of coastline. Dune di Campana combines soft sand, clear water, and the area’s distinctive dunes, while Monte Cogoni Beach has a more peaceful setting overlooking the nearby lagoon, where pink flamingos can sometimes be spotted. Beach clubs at both offer loungers, umbrellas, drinks, and light dining, making it easy to spend a full day by the sea.

Plenty to do for all ages

There’s lots to keep active guests and families busy, from tennis, padel, yoga, Pilates, and water sports to dedicated children’s clubs, football academies, and creative workshops. You can also get to know Sardinia through cooking classes and wildlife photography walks. In the evenings, Piazza degli Ulivi becomes the resort’s social hub, with live music, shows, and family entertainment.

Discover Sardinia through its food

Dining across Chia Laguna draws on the flavours and ingredients of Sardinia, with menus inspired by local traditions alongside regional wines and cocktails. New this year is Sa Mesa, meaning ‘the table’ in Sardinian. The experience begins with an aperitif made with local aromatic herbs before dishes inspired by Sardinian cooking are served to share in the centre of the table. It’s a relaxed way to experience some of the island’s culinary traditions while making dinner a more social part of the evening.

Slow down at the Conrad Spa

For some quieter time, the Conrad Spa takes inspiration from Sardinia’s natural surroundings and Mediterranean wellness traditions. Treatments incorporate local ingredients and nature-inspired rituals, while relaxation areas and personalised wellness programmes allow guests to tailor the experience to how they want to unwind. It works equally well as a few hours away from the beach or as a bigger part of a wellness-focused stay.

The landscapes deepen in colour, the pace eases, and familiar places begin to feel more spacious, from temple courtyards and hillside trails to palm-fringed beaches.
