Fabulous service from Jackie Cox Peel. Jackie helped us in every way possible to book our three week holiday to Disney and Universal. She assisted with my many questions, helped with info on meal plans and luggage. Jackie was so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We met before our trip to go through any last minute questions. Jackie is so knowledgeable and wants you to have the best holiday. We were recommended Travel Counsellors by a friend and I now know why. Our counsellor, Jackie, was superb. She asked all the right questions and listened attentively to what we wanted, and from that she crafted the most perfect family trip of a lifetime to Japan. The perfect balance of days that were guided by insiders, booked events, and plenty of time for us to explore by ourselves. Flights and key travel by train and taxi were all taken care of and everything laid out in a detailed itinerary, all of which completely took the stress away and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. Jackie was always available when we had a question or needed advice and she seemed to make it her personal objective to ensure we were enjoying the holiday. I can't recommend Travel Counsellors enough. Our free time is so precious and it's so important to 'get it right', and Jackie and Travel Counsellors made sure that not only was that the case but that it surpassed all our expectations.

We had our Marriage on the 21st May 2026 on the Disney Dream it’s was truly magical and of course Disney did us proud as the Wedding Coordinator Estefania on the ship was amazing and Jackie from Travel Counsellors went out of her way to be our Coordinator dealing with the Holiday and the Wedding preparation nothing was any trouble to her a credit to her Company 100% total commitment to her job. We have come back with magical memories, and I would like to thank all involved dearly.
