Exceptional service from start to finish

We came to use James based on a personal recommendation. He is so friendly and super efficient. He covered every eventuality of our cruise and explained everything very clearly and concisely . Nothing was ever too much trouble and although we haven't actually gone on our cruise yet, i feel confident that James has checked every detail for us. Very professional and really polite. He's obviously very knowledgable about the travel industry in general. . I'm sure he's been asked our questions many times before by other customers, but he made us feel like we were his only customers!

Good travel advisers are hard to find these days, now that we are used to making most of our bookings direct. But they are sadly undervalued by so many. I would recommend James very strongly, for his detailed, patient and practical help. Every suggestion he has made has been very welcome. We shall certainly use him again and for more of the bookings that we make.

There is only one other person who knows what kind of holidays I would like to go on - my Travel Counsellor! I have been booking with my TC for over 7 years now and the relationship we have built up means that once I suggest a holiday they are able to go away and look for my perfect trip. Travel is so much easier with my TC.

Holidays are supposed to be a time to relax and recharge. Why would you therefore try to organise a holiday yourself? I would always use my Travel Counsellor to organise my holidays. The relationship I have built up with my TC over the 7 years allows me to rest in the knowledge that I will have a perfect holiday organised for me according to my preferences

It was just wonderful to be able to handover responsibility for finding us our perfect family summer holiday to a professional. You came back with exactly what we wanted in Greece. I had already done a bit of research but not knowing the Greek Islands very well, really valued having someone to guide us. You found us our perfect holiday. It’s the second time that I’m using James services to book my international and domestic flights to Brasil. He’s always very friendly, helpful and prompt to reply any questions and changes that I had.
