My family and I have used Jane Sheffield for many years now for various holidays both short and long haul. This year I booked a trip with my girlfriend and had the pleasure of dealing with Jane myself (usually she would deal with my parents), Jane is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and very easy to deal with. Booking holidays can be stressful and trying to find the best destination for the most competitive price can also be quite the challenge and using Jane really provides this benefit. We gave Jane a selection of locations we’d be interested in along with some must have requirements and she came back with plenty of options with plenty of information about what to expect from each option. I would highly recommend Jane and will be using her for future holidays.

Jane was Absolutely fantastic! three times she changed my holiday arrangements for my daughter to visit me in Dubai. Due to Covid restrictions I finally settled on Santorini ,and what a holiday we had! the hotel was amazing, seamless flights for my daughter from London and Jane was a text message away to answer any questions I had on passenger locator forms/covid testing etc. Jane took the load off travelling and the stress that goes with it. Dear Jane & Travel Counsellors. We had flights booked to go to Turkey in May for my sons 21st birthday & to celebrate mine & my husbands 25th wedding anniversary. Then Covid strikes everything was cancelled, everyone was so disappointed. Then a shining light happened in the way of Jane Sheffield. Remembering I had Janes details and how amazing she had been in the past holidays, I emailed & asked what she could do? Jane worked her magic found us an amazing deal to Turkey Orka Sunlife. We were all excited, then the dreaded call the hotel was not opening now. Jane set to work to find us another hotel, yet again she worked her magic & found us a hotel that we had been to many times before but loved. Jane delivered our tickets and as always went out of her way to give personal service. That eve Boris announced Turkey on the quarantine list. In a state of panic, I called Jane. Well, Jane explained all & asked me to leave it with her she would talk to Jet 2 in the morning. Well, this lady is true to her word she got up at the crack of dawn, spoke to Jet2 who agreed to let us change our holiday again. Third time lucky. This is where Jane work every day& night to get us a holiday to Rhodes. She took numerous calls from me about the things we needed to do. Nothing & I mean nothing was too much trouble. Every time I called she would reassure me. So on the 10th Oct 20 despite Covid restrictions, we had a fabulous holiday to Rhodes. We had the best time & celebrated in style not only did she get us in a fab holiday, through the most challenging times, Jane arranged for a cake for my sons 21st & champagne for our anniversary. I can’t thank this lady enough. Thank you, thank you Jane we will always book our holidays through this lady as she is amazing and always goes that extra mile. I highly recommend Jane - Absolute first class service changing our holiday to next year. No fuss , no waiting , she took care of everything for us. I’ve heard some troubling stories from people - mainly unable to communicate with their tour operator in these troubling/ busy times. But not with Jane, she did it all and speedily quick too. We gave Jane a tough challenge! We wanted to go somewhere different, not the normal family package holiday. We love Croatia and Italy, but we had a very tight budget. The first round of searches didn't quite find what we wanted so we didn't book, but then a couple of weeks later Jane got in back in contact to ask “have you booked anything, because I think I have found you the perfect holiday...!” Well , we jumped at what she found.
