I had several quotes for this multi destination holiday, but wasn't entirely happy with one of the hotels. Jayne found me a perfect beach location hotel as a replacement, and also recommended a different hotel against one that I was happy with, Jayne's recommendation looks better again! Nervously scrolling to the bottom of the page for the price, and ecstatic to see it was pretty much the same as the cheapest quote I had received. My Travel Counsellor, Jayne Musgrave, is outstanding, even for a business trip she put together a package that was a great experience. Where she really earned the fee was when it all went wrong, she knew what was happening even before the airline notified me and as the notification got to me, she had already WhatsApp’d me with the new revised plan, in this case an overnight hotel booking and rebooked flights. When the rebooked flights were delayed she has kept in contact, so what could have been a lonely and stressful experience was actually quite relaxed. Travel Counsellors is the insurance policy you never knew you needed. (They can also arrange your travel insurance).

Jayne had helped us choose and book our holiday in Sharm El Sheik and we were looking forward to some winter sun. Unfortunately just 1 week before travelling a tragic accident to a member of my partner’s family stopped us from going, our insurance would not cover the cancellation and we thought we had lost the holiday and the full cost. I called Jayne to see if anything could be done and after some pretty hurried re-arranging, mostly over the weekend, we had our money back on the hotel and were able to re-arrange the flights, we booked a lovely alternative hotel that came available for the later date, and to top it off got £60 refund! There is no way this could have happened with a package operator or without the tireless, cheerful last minute re-arranging from Jayne, she took all the stress out of it and sorted every detail for us. What can I say, excellent service from start to finish. The last minute booking of the holiday went like a dream thanks to Jayne's excellent service. The holiday itself was second to none with excellent hotel Iberostar Jarden Del Sol in Majorca's Santa Ponca with staff that gave you the personal treatment from the housekeeping to the cocktail bar. Jayne must have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sort the three options we gave her for our holiday destination. She then followed this with the delicate operation of obtaining visas for India, which had I been on my own I would have given up I'm sure. I have compared what I could have achieved alone against Jayne's results and am certain I have a good deal.

Holiday was from 17/12/10 to 31/12/10 in Tenerife. Flights, private transfers, travel insurance, pre-booked plane seating, and hotel were all booked by Jayne - everything went like clockwork. Other points to note were the favorable flight times (dep uk. 10:10, dep tenerife. 15:30), and Jayne's personal knowledge/experience in selecting the hotel. This is excellent service.
