I am Jeff Calderbank, your local Travel Counsellor.

I am based in Merseyside but also cover the Greater Manchester and South Lancashire areas that border Merseyside.

I have been a Travel Agent for over 30 years and during that time I have travelled extensively to many parts of the world.

It is my mission to ensure that you always receive totally honest and impartial advice for all your travel requirements. I am able to provide you with first hand advice on many popular destinations.

We are back from our holidays and I decided to write and thank you for arranging our holidays When we were in Athens we realised you have been arranging our holidays since 1980, when we took our first trip abroad with our son to Athens. The fact that you are still arranging holidays for us, and now for our friends as well, proves how good you are and we would like your Company to realise that. I would just like to say a big thank you to Jeff Calderbank for organising our recent holiday to Antarctica. We had quite a few problems at the start of the holiday but Jeff was there for us and sorted everything out. I cannot say how grateful and reassured I was by Jeff being there for us. It was just like contacting a good friend to help you out. Since we have been home Jeff has continued to act on our behalf in sorting out the claims that resulted from the problems at the beginning of the holiday. I shall certainly ask Jeff to sort out future holidays for us and recommend him to our friends.
