We are back from our holidays and I decided to write and thank you for arranging our holidays When we were in Athens we realised you have been arranging our holidays since 1980, when we took our first trip abroad with our son to Athens. The fact that you are still arranging holidays for us, and now for our friends as well, proves how good you are and we would like your Company to realise that. It is because of you that we use Travel Counsellors! It is now time for planning time for the next trip! Thank you again.

He must be the most caring and considerate person in the travel industry, and always aware of our budget constraints and what we enjoy most. He is truly simply the best. Thank you Jeff.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Jeff Calderbank for organising our recent holiday to Antarctica. We had quite a few problems at the start of the holiday but Jeff was there for us and sorted everything out. I cannot say how grateful and reassured I was by Jeff being there for us. It was just like contacting a good friend to help you out. Since we have been home Jeff has continued to act on our behalf in sorting out the claims that resulted from the problems at the beginning of the holiday. I shall certainly ask Jeff to sort out future holidays for us and recommend him to our friends.
