Jo Gardiner is fantastic- she really listens to what we are looking for in a holiday and comes up with suggestions that meet our criteria (however vague that might be!). There is a real personal touch with Jo, which we haven't found elsewhere. I feel like the recommendations made are not only best value, but align with the type of holiday we want. It is also a bonus that Jo is a lovely person to deal with too!

We have just enjoyed the most amazing holiday in Japan. It was a truly fantastic experience and thanks to the superb organisation of our holiday by Jo Gardiner at Travel Counsellors it was flawless. I believe that Jo's experience of organising and arranging such tailored made holidays was really critical to its success. She was able to guide us into making all the right choices of flights,trains, hotels etc and most importantly a detailed itinery of places to visit and experiences to enjoy.
