My name is Joanne Graham I have over 10 years of travel experience and have been passionate about travel from a very young age. I started working in travel as a children’s representative in Menorca and since then the travel bug took over and I wanted to learn more about the travel industry and to help people plan their dream holidays.
I have been lucky enough to be able to travel to some fantastic destinations which I can talk about forever which also helps when recommending the perfect holidays for my customers. One place that I have always dreamed of going to is Thailand and I am constantly looking at all the different things that there are to do here.
Over the years I have booked a wide spectrum of holidays and I am as passionate now as I have ever been about customer service being the most important thing to me whether I am booking a UK break or an around the world cruise my commitment and dedication to each individual customer is the same.
I have done many training courses over the years and I am a specialist for Australia , Cruises and Weddings. As a Travel Counsellor I feel like I am part of a huge family of Travel knowledge and there is always someone to ask advice from which I believe is a huge bonus for customers booking with me as you are not only getting my experience but you are also getting world wide experience too.
