She found the most stunning hotels, arranged every transfer and researched the most incredible places for us to build into our itinerary. I won’t ever book another holiday any other way. A massive shout out of thanks and appreciation to Julie Johnston Travel Counsellor, our amazing travel counsellor, who arranged a recent trip to Ljubljana in Slovenia. Using a travel counsellor is basically like having an extra sensible person on the trip with you - the one that checks that you have all your boarding passes, the one that checks the flight is on time, the one who basically ensures that you know what you're doing at every hour of the day whilst on the trip, and that you're safe and stress free! Julie is that person! Since we started using travel counsellors to book holidays, we have noticed a huge difference. I am normally a very stressed person, due to being self-employed, & just making it onto the plane and getting away from my desk is an achievement for me. So to know that somebody is there looking after all the important details means the world. She provides so many extras too, such as useful information on things to see and do in your chosen place. It all makes a huge difference, so thank you to Julie who I would recommend to anybody! You have to experience that travel counsellor service, I can't stress this highly enough!

Our recent trip to Siyam World Maldives was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was the exceptional support we received before and during our stay. From the very beginning, Julie went above and beyond to help us choose the right island and resort, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and making recommendations that perfectly matched our needs. They also helped make the trip extra special by arranging a birthday cake and beautiful room decorations for my mum's birthday. These thoughtful touches created wonderful memories and made the celebration truly unforgettable. What impressed us most, however, was the support we received when British Airways failed to deliver our suitcases on arrival. Rather than leaving us to spend our holiday chasing updates, Julie supported us the situation, liaising directly with BA to track our luggage and keep us informed on when it would arrive. Her support meant we could focus on enjoying our holiday instead of dealing with the stress and frustration of missing baggage. The level of customer care, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond was outstanding. I genuinely felt looked after from start to finish, and Julie's support ensured that an unfortunate luggage issue didn't overshadow what became a fantastic family holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Siyam World and Julie if you are looking for a great holiday and exception customer service.
