We contacted Karen to find us an extremely late short break to the Canary Islands. We would ordinarily source and book our own holiday, purchasing flights and accommodation separately. However, we couldn’t quite find what we were looking for at such short notice, which was why we turned to Karen. Karen did an excellent job and the holiday met all our expectations. We've just returned from our holiday - the holiday of a lifetime, thank you so much for all the hard work you put in to making it happen so smoothly and be so brilliant! All the travel arrangements went to plan, we were met at every airport by really nice and helpful drivers and the trip to see the orangutans and turtles was fantastic as we had our own personal guide who was great! The hotel in Borneo was pure luxury, we arrived to find rose petals scattered on the bed and bath, a huge chocolate cake and some other bits and bobs - a fantastic welcome after our 15 hour flight!! So, thank you so so much for making it a really special holiday and one we'll remember forever. You did a fantastic job of organising it and I will be recommending you to even more people!!!
