I’m Karen, and I’d love to become your very own personal Travel Counsellor.
With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, travel isn’t simply my career — it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping countless customers turn their travel ideas and dreams into memorable experiences, and I still get just as excited about planning a trip today as I did when I first started.
As an independent Travel Counsellor, I offer a personal, flexible and completely hassle-free service, taking the time to understand what you want from your holiday rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I look after customers right across the UK, from Scotland to the South of England, and wherever you are, I’m always just a phone call away.
One of the things my customers value most is knowing that when they contact me, they’re speaking directly to me. There are no call centres, no waiting in queues and no having to explain your plans over and over again to different people. I’m your personal point of contact from the moment we start planning, right through to your return home.
Working from home allows me to give my customers the time, care and attention they deserve. I’m here to answer your questions, talk through your ideas, offer honest advice and help with those little details that can make such a difference. And if you need me, I’m only ever a phone call or message away.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to many wonderful places around the world. My own travel experiences, together with more than three decades of working in the industry, have given me a wealth of knowledge that I can share with my customers.
