Kate Palframan was exceptional from start to finish. A group of friends to celebrate special friend's 50th. Kate gave us different options, in terms of both locations and accommodation and within budget - all beautiful. We chose Marrakech on Kate's suggestion and it didn't disappoint. Every detail was taken care of - from the hotel, dinner arrangements, room details - the list went on! Honestly complete peace of mind thanks to Kate's attention to detail. Great experience with Kate Palframan at Travel Counsellors. First time I have ever used someone to help plan my holiday. It’s a strange feeling (for me!) not being in control but I have to say I got used to it very quickly. Good advice, very personal and friendly, felt heard, seamless organisation. Then checking in while on holiday to ensure all was ok, sorting out a minor issue for us, and staying up until 2am to ensure we got good seats on the plane was beyond expectations. Thank you Kate!

Wonderful Safari Experience. Really great itinerary put together by the wonderful Kate. We had the most memorable experience on safari in Botswana. All the lodges were top class, and away from civilisation so great animal viewing experience as well. Kate kept her eagle eye on where we were the whole trip and was there to help , without being intrusive. Travel Counsellors and particularly Kate highly recommended.

First time using Travel Counsellor, while I love doing my holiday research it can be quite stressful to make the right decision at times and good and bad reviews for the same product can be confusing. So it was really good to get the help from a professional and while they may not know your destination themselves?They have a wide network of people who do so the advice is invaluable. And it’s easy to use, much more personal than a travel agent. So far brilliant service.
