Amazing Kate -thank you Quite amazing -- Kate Palframan was outstanding in taking charge of every aspect of our holiday to Madeira from our initial chat to checking up on us after landing back home (after midnight !) and leaving provisions on our doorstep . Surprised she did not come over on our last day to pack our bags ! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady -- professionally faultless with the essential skill of covering all the "what ifs" and being one step ahead of everything that needed to be planned . All done with a huge smile and determination to give us an amazing holiday . A few small issues were messaged to Kate and solved literally within minutes . Thank you so much Kate - we are ready for our next adventure !!

Just the best service ever! Just had the most fabulous holiday to attend a Wedding in Montenegro and Katie Palframan was just absolutely fantastic. It wasn’t straightforward. We landed in Dubrovnik but had to get a driver transfer to take us through the border controls which can be a nightmare All done fabulously and kept us informed at every step. At our hotel she’d left us a message with the reception which they left in our room. It was my birthday and although the hotel only had two staff due to it being before the season started the chef made me a special birthday cake. She checked in with us often to see if things were ok and could not have been more happy with the service she gave us. Absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend you book your trip through Katie

Absolutely fantastic team ! Debbie Lagar and Kate Palframan made sure we had a wonderful trip to Disneyland Paris, communication was great, meeting up with us regularly to discuss our plans and guide us through each stage. They would contact the hotel on our behalf and Eurostar, including organising the transfers to ensure we had a smooth and stress free experience. This was particularly helpful as we were a large party and travelling with my niece who has complex needs. We had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend.

Kate was amazing. This is the first time we have used Travel Counsellors and I can't ever imagine using anybody else now. I wanted to go to North Greece to visit a family war grave that was off the beaten track, to say the least. She understood our budget and worked within it and looked after two very nervous travellers from the time of booking, the day we flew out and the day we flew back. The airline changed the configuration of the plane on the way back and split me and my husband up and she was on it like a flash getting us back together. She rechecked the transfers on the return journey and confirmed everything to us again. I could go on, but suspect I will run out of space.

Kate Palframan was exceptional from start to finish. A group of friends to celebrate special friend's 50th. Kate gave us different options, in terms of both locations and accommodation and within budget - all beautiful. We chose Marrakech on Kate's suggestion and it didn't disappoint. Every detail was taken care of - from the hotel, dinner arrangements, room details - the list went on! Honestly complete peace of mind thanks to Kate's attention to detail. Can't recommend booking Kate the next time you have a holiday coming up.

Great experience with Kate Palframan at Travel Counsellors. First time I have ever used someone to help plan my holiday. It’s a strange feeling (for me!) not being in control but I have to say I got used to it very quickly. Good advice, very personal and friendly, felt heard, seamless organisation. Then checking in while on holiday to ensure all was ok, sorting out a minor issue for us, and staying up until 2am to ensure we got good seats on the plane was beyond expectations. Thank you Kate!

Wonderful Safari Experience. Really great itinerary put together by the wonderful Kate. We had the most memorable experience on safari in Botswana. All the lodges were top class, and away from civilisation so great animal viewing experience as well. Kate kept her eagle eye on where we were the whole trip and was there to help , without being intrusive. Travel Counsellors and particularly Kate highly recommended.

First time using Travel Counsellor, while I love doing my holiday research it can be quite stressful to make the right decision at times and good and bad reviews for the same product can be confusing. So it was really good to get the help from a professional and while they may not know your destination themselves?They have a wide network of people who do so the advice is invaluable. And it’s easy to use, much more personal than a travel agent. So far brilliant service.
