Absolutely amazing service from Katharine. Every last detail was thought of for our trip to Mauritius even including organising a cake at the hotel for my birthday!!! She has also just organised another trip for us and we are equally as satisfied. We won’t be using any other service besides yours.

Katharine has been so incredibly patient with us in the search for our holiday, with us changing our minds on dates and places to go numerous times! We really have been the nightmare clients but Katharine has come up trumps and we are so looking forward to our holiday at the end of the month. It looks absolutely perfect!

We are home and the holiday was amazing - Iceland is the most fantastic country! Thanks for all your help. Everything was so smooth and went like clockwork... The hotel was great. All the transport so efficient and the tours were breathtaking. We got to see the Northern Lights (better on camera than with the naked eye!) and the other sights (Blue Lagoon, waterfalls, glacier, black sand beach and everything else) were all out of this world! Katharine was truly fantastic. We haven't used a travel agent since our Honeymoon, preferring to trawl the internet for options and deals. With 3 children, 2 full-time jobs, 1 Grandparent joining us and seemingly 0 spare minutes in the day, a holiday has never been more needed or harder to organise. I talked Katharine through our ideal holiday and she responded very quickly with four fabulous options, including flights, transfers and hotels. It hugely helped having her knowledge of the resorts, facilities and flight options. Instead of mapping endless options of hotels, flight and transport, Katharine expertly narrowed it down and sent through the best possible fit for our family. We simply had to chose the itinerary we liked best and voila, it was booked. We've just returned home from a holiday in Oman booked by Katharine at Travel Counsellors and we were all incredibly impressed with their professionalism, the package they put together and also the price they were able to negotiate! A few things as example - we were told by other well known travel companies that there were no return flights on the day we wanted to come back, and yet Travel Counsellors were somehow able to do this. We also wanted interconnecting rooms at the hotel we were staying in which - due to the late booking - we were told by others that this wouldn't be available, and again Travel Counsellors were able to do this. The level of service was fantastic - to the point of checking us in to flights too - very impressed and will certainly do this again. Thankyou Katharine!

Scheduled to go to Indonesia a week before the earthquake struck, Katharine was a friendly, calming and reassuring voice at the other end of the phone. She responded very quickly to all correspondence and was able to not only deal with cancelling all the relevant components of our previous holiday but her excellent travel knowledge enabled her to come up with a selection of exciting new packages to choose from very promptly. Budget requirements were listened to and lots of thought went into creating a perfect special holiday for us and our two young children within a very short time-frame.
