Katie was exceptional in discussing, arranging and following up on my travel requirements. My first request was to travel to Melbourne from London. A relatively straightforward task and one that I would have done myself previously. This removed all the time wasted on research and making choices. Katie Bennett our travel counsellor found us the most amazing place to celebrate our 20th wedding Anniversary. We stayed for 5 nights at the Ostraco Suites in September. We loved that the hotel was small which made it feel so relaxed and personal. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Shout out to Alex who recommended a restaurant on the last night and organised for us to have a table over looking the harbour. When we arrived we had a choice of two tables and were made to feel very special. I don't know what that put in the water but we really switched off and relaxed. Cannot wait to leave our next travel plans in Katie's safe hands.
