I only had a few details for what I wanted to book and had no idea which hotels to choose in Brisbane and Dubai and she was able to recommend hotels to me, she had stayed in the Dubai hotel herself. I always say that if Katie recommends something, it is excellent. She is going to give us a list of places to visit - excellent. As you can imagine at my tender age of 65 I have used many companies to arrange our holidays. Most people you speak to do not demonstrate care and due consideration. When I was introduced to Katie I was probably thinking here we go again, but to my delight I was wrong; Katie is warm, understanding, knowledgeable, and very professional. Excellent service and more, from my Travel Counsellor Katie Chamberlain. I book a number of holidays a year, some European and some long haul with a number of different connections, often meaning it's not always straight forward but Katie takes all the complications and strains out of the whole booking process meaning I can rest assured that all facets of the holiday are completely covered. She amazingly knows most of the hotel managers, who, if it’s a special occasion can often come up with a little surprise, be it on the plane or at your chosen hotel. It’s reassuring that I can contact her outside of normal hours, in case of an emergency and if she’s busy she always rings back.

I have known Katie now for some time and her advice has always been worth listening to. She has created bespoke holidays for me on a few occasions when I have not wanted to follow the package trail and I have always found her able to improve on my brief and deliver within budget. If you don't have any particular dates then she will also advise on best times to travel and often get exceptional deals using your flexibility. Thanks Katie...here's to many more hols!
