Hello and welcome to my web page.
Thank you for taking the time to read my page and I look forward to discussing your travel plans with you. My name is Kerry and I am now your Personal Travel Counsellor.
With over 26 years within the travel industry I have a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience of destinations to make my recommendations to you. You will not have to waste time searching the internet or spend your weekends in a travel agency looking for that perfect break. I can provide everything that your traditional high street agent has to offer plus so much more. I have a real passion for travel and treat every enquiry as if it’s my own holiday. I can also uniquely package holidays at competitive prices from hundreds of suppliers to get you the best deal.
Over the years I have travelled to various destinations within Europe such as Austria, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Egypt, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Turkey. I really enjoy city breaks and have been to Bruges, Cologne, Monte Carlo, Paris, Prague, Reykjavik, Riga, Rome and Venice.
My favourite country I have visited is the USA and I’ve been to Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and the Hawaiian Island of Oahu on the famous Waikiki Beach. I will always favour New York as it was there that my husband proposed on top of the Empire State Building on a Valentines night. I would love to go back to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Hawaii as my husband hasn’t been and I have spoken so much about it that I have sold it to him! Although on our wish list is to travel the famous Route 66 in a convertible Mustang.
I have visited many cruise lines along the way and have been on a Caribbean Cruise and visited the beautiful Islands of Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, St Kitts, St John, St Lucia, St Marten and St Thomas. I Loved the Caribbean that much I have been back to Barbados and St Lucia for holidays and not forgetting Cancun in Mexico. Although I love to travel, I do like the good old English countryside and have stayed in many log cabins around our country, making sure it has a hot tub to relax in.

What can I say about Kerry other than she is an absolute diamond.
We are just back from a two week holiday which we booked via Kerry; we paid exactly the same price as on the operator website and not a penny more.
But by booking via Kerry we benefitted from her excellent service; making the booking, arranging allocated plane seats, contacting the hotel to request specific room requirements, checking us in online, printing and sending us all the documents, checking in with us just before, during and after the trip to make sure all was OK.
We have booked via Kerry a few times now and would not hesitate in recommending her excellent service to everyone looking to arrange a trip/ holiday.

When I first mentioned asking Kerry to organise our trip to Rome, my husband said ‘what’s the point? I can do it all myself online?’

Kerry has supported 2 travel items I asked for her help with and she simply provides exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Firstly, she arranged my daughters honeymoon to Thailand and then helped me secretly upgrade both my daughter and her husband on their flight home - I've never dealt with someone who responds so quickly, clearly and comprehensively to requests.
More recently, we had an EJ flight cancelled very late and no idea of if/when EJ would offer us a flight home. Late into the evening, Kerry got on the case - whilst 1000s of other customers were trying to sort flights out - and found us very reasonably priced flights 3 days later. Everything was sorted so quickly that we were able to totally enjoy our overstay, relaxed in the knowledge we could get home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kerry to all customers who seek excellent service from someone who really cares about delivering.

We had a lovely time in St Lucia and enjoyed every minute. The weather was great (only 1 day of torrential rain which for the rainy season wasn't too bad at all!), good food and a great room which overlooked the ocean. Thank you so much for your fantastic planning which really took the headache out of everything for us. We loved Premium Economy for the extra seat space and the flight back passed so quickly because we were able to sleep which was such a bonus.

I've booked with Kerry twice now, including my wedding abroad and I would recommend her to anyone looking to go on holiday. I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and to Kerry Vidler our Travel Counsellor. Kerry makes booking holidays so easy and is very helpful throughout. We have just returned from a four day trip from Euro Disney taking my wife and 3 year old. It was also my wife's 30th birthday. Kerry booked the trip for us and gave regular updates from booking, making payment and options available to book before we departed. Kerry helped with restaurant reservations and booked a birthday surprise for my wife. Whilst in resort Kerry was only a telephone call away answering any questions we had. Kerry was also on hand when we needed her on our return trip when a problem arose late in the evening with delays in Paris reassuring us and giving advice. This high level of personal service you would not receive from a high street travel agent. It was also a lovely touch to receive a postcard when we got home welcoming us back. We always book with Kerry, Kerry is trusting and caring and is a pleasure to book our travels with as we know we are in safe hands, Kerry is a great credit to Travel Counsellors. Kerry was absolutley amazing finding the right cruise holiday for my mum and dad's golden wedding anniversary gift. She went into very fine detail to make the trip special including finding the best positioned cabin and special offers. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even managed to beat the price compared to booking direct! I would not hesitate in recommending Kerry's service to anyone considering using a Travel Specialist. As far as Kerry goes she is the best around!

Kerry was very helpful in organizing our trip to Egypt, our request to stay at two different hotels during the stay did not phase her. She looked into BA flights at our request but then suggested a few more appropriate and direct option of flying to Sharm with a mother airline, on Ethan she quickly booked extra leg room seats and the luggage allowance required for us. To top it off Kerry negotiated a free transfer between the two hotels we will be staying at which is wonderful. Certainly will be using Travel Counsellors from now on based on the booking experience.

Thanks for the booking you made for us, we had a great time. We went to the Holocaust and west of the Berlin Wall, and there was a nice selection of shops and restaurants too, especially the Greek restaurant we went to. We didn't get much chance to see the nightlife as we were busy but had a great break. Thank you for arranging it and will contact you with my next holiday.
