We were looking for a Holiday to Italy with a fixed base but local travel to experience regional food and sightseeing. We contacted our local Travel Counsellor Kevin Hankin. He was extremely helpful and recommended a package with Magari Tours. With all the arrangements left to Kevin, our holiday, from leaving our front door to returning home, was a total success. Kevin’s advice was greatly appreciated and next time we are planning a holiday he will certainly be our first port of call.

Kevin has helped us organise some wonderful holidays that are stress free and go smoothly. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he really helped us out of a tight spot while on a cruise in the Norwegian fjords when a couple of our party were suffering from motion sickness. Kevin was at hand at unsociable hours ready to make alternative arrangements at a moments notice for us so that we could get the most out of our vacation. Truly exceptional service!

Kevin's Travel Counsellors team have been a great support in helping us plan our rail trip through Switzerland. They took our initial ideas and helped us shape a realistic itinerary, identifying some great places to stay and doing all the flight and rail travel logistics. Kevin has been superb in arranging our holiday to South Africa/Zimbabwe. He took note of everything we said we wanted from our holiday and added some bits we hadn’t thought of. When the hotel accommodation was fully booked for our dates, he found us an alternative which looks equally as nice as the original. He has arranged all the pick ups from airport to hotel and for all of the trips and ongoing hotel stays. We are very pleased with Kevin’s professionalism throughout and are super excited for our holiday next year!
