Once again Kevin has delivered a brilliant holiday for our family of 7. As always, he has dealt with every aspect and nothing has appeared to be too much travel. From day 1 he took care of all aspects of the holiday, booking the top quality transport to the airport, great flights, the Miami transfer, hotel, great cabins on our cruise and a brilliant all inclusive drinks detail that saved us a fortune by pre booking. Kevin even sourced Annual holiday insurance much cheaper than the single trip insurance that I had found on the 4 main insurance comparison sites! Kevin delivered our tickets, luggage labels etc well before the departure day and went through every detail, ensuring that we all had seats together on the two outbound flights to Raleigh and Miami. (Return seats hadn’t been released on the day we left but Kevin took the trouble to ensure that once they were released we were again all seated together). Our lovely driver Erhan of Greenacre Transfers took the trouble to text us the day before travel to introduce himself and assure us that he would be at our house on time and comfortably transfer all 7 of us, together with suitcases, to Heathrow in plenty of time. His Mercedes was plush and spotless and he was a pleasure to chat to. Flights were great, the quality transfer from Miami airport to our hotel were waiting for us at the airport as promised and the cruise and excursions were fantastic. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for Kevin and I can’t speak highly enough of Kevin’s expertise, knowledge and advice. This was our sixth holiday booked through Kevin and we would never dream of using anyone else. We are always happy to recommend him to friends and those who have used him have been over the moon with the brilliant service and attention to detail.

In 2010 whilst in a cruise in the Caribbean with my whole family (14 of us) the dust cloud from Iceland prevented thousands of people from returning home at the end of their holiday. Kevin was brilliant working with one of my sons and my money he was able to organise a private plane to get us all home together, to Luton Airport, some 10 miles from where we lived and various vehicles to get each family group back to their own homes. The holiday itself was in Lapland where not only did we get to visit Santa, I got to drive a Husky sled team across the arctic (well a bit of it). Kevin has been making our travel arrangements for the past 2 years while we have been living in Gabon Africa. He has arranged travel to and from Gabon and the United States multiple times. As a widow, although never travelling totally alone I always feel very confident that any major problem I have, as in April 2010 when the Iceland Volcanic Ash stranded myself and family of 14 in Miami, Kevin was able to get us all home as soon as the UK airports opened and together. Amazing – Kevin booked our flights and hotel for seven ladies who lived the dream at Graceland in Memphis – we kept changing our minds on dates and airports but Kevin was always professional and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Our flight home was cancelled by the airline but Kevin took care of it and got all seven of us back on the same transfer and Heathrow flight without any bother. He also checked us in all the way through to Memphis and back to Heathrow and got all seven of us seated together on every flight.
