Kirsty has personally booked all our holidays for the past six years. She has organised anything from city breaks, to cheap weeks in the sun and our honeymoon to Hong Kong and Bali. The personal touch is what I love. From little things like filling in the details on the luggage tags she sends us with our tickets, to the Christmas card or the little postcard we find when we arrive home hoping we’ve had a nice holiday. Kirsty books all our flights for us, checking prices and giving us options and also when needed, hotels and car hire. The two holidays I booked with Kirsty went without a hitch. Every detail large and small was taken care of. Kirsty booked Hotels and special places to see while we travelled through Australia all were spot on. Our Sri Lanka trip also went smoothly. I have always found Kirsty's help and advice invaluable when selecting my holiday, I am always supplied with a good selection of hotel accomodation to choose from. I have not been dissapointed yet. I have used Kirsty for around 8 years and found her to be very helpful. I travel a lot both for business and pleasure and its good to know you can write an email/make a call with a request or give dates ,times or budgets and Kirsty will just make it all fit. I have had a couple of instancies where that personal relationship has been hugly beneficial. Stuck in China because an airline had gone bust and getting home, and getting my booking in early before the rest of the airlines hiked the prices - it proably saved me 800GBP. I also had a coat sent back from the Maldives that i inadvertently left there without charge. I am happy to recommend Kirsty and have done so to other friends and colleagues. If you travel alot it is worth a fortune to have a good TA behind you.

Kirsty is amazing! For my 50th birthday in January 2012, I gave her a basic brief on various places I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, the kind of holiday I expected and approximate figure to spend. She came back with some great ideas and even when I kept changing my mind, nothing was too much trouble; it's like having your own private travel agent at home.
