I started running my business back in 2006 , so celebrating my 20th year as Travel Counsellor....and still love my job!!
I am based in Cannock, Staffordshire and have clients from all over the country , even Australia!
I have over 40 years of working in the travel industry, and have built up experience, a wealth of knowledge and most of all, an enthusiasm and passion for what I do as a travel agent. It is an advantage that I am not bound to any tour operators and neither do I have sales targets. Therefore, it's all about taking care of you and making sure I find you the perfect holiday/travel arrangements.

I take the personal service to the next level, some of the little things I like to do for my customers are forwarding passport information onto the airline, allocating seats and checking my customers in before they fly where possible. If it is a special holiday then I will personally inform the hotel prior to arrival to see if they will do anything special for you; not forgetting always being at the end of the phone day or night if you should need me while away- who else would do all this for you?
I especially love arranging complex itineraries.. My clients often know where they want to go but not sure whether they are getting the best out of their trip and want extra ideas. This is invaluable especially if you are not planning on returning to the country.

During the Pandemic, I was here for all of my customers and helped each and everyone. I was available day and night via phone, email and what's app . I am especially experienced in arranging Safari trips, Tours, Solo holidays, Cruise/yacht experiences, ski holidays, Adult or family holidays... and love giving ideas for special occasions...( we all have that special birthday /anniversary to celebrate , don't we?. Well I am the person to speak to!
