This is not the first holiday Laura has organised for us and I went back to her as wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday. Venice was the perfect location and is a must to visit. From the private water taxi at the airport I felt like 007 with his bond girl which was a beautiful way to start the trip, dropping us right outside the hotel harbour point. The hotel was conveniently located to explore this great city and we loved every minute of it. Our visit was hassle free owing to Laura's support and we will definitely be going back again.

Laura handled the booking of my trip to Arizona and Utah in May 2012 with the greatest professionalism, especially as the original departure date had to be put back by 6 days, all of the hotel bookings and flights had to be rescheduled. Laura managed the change seemingly in a calm, collected and friendly way. It was scheduled to be a trip of a lifetime and it proved just to be that. Our itinery included flying to Phoenix, AZ then on to the canyons by hire vehicle, Grand, Bryce, Antelope, Johnson, Zion Park, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches National Park, Goosenecks, Monument Valley, and then back to Phoenix for our flight back to the UK. We first met Laura back in 2009 after searching on the internet with regards to looking for a holiday and found the site of Travel Counsellors. We decided to give them a try and have never really looked back. In the time that we have known Laura, we have found her to be kind, courteous and smart. She has made our life so much easier when looking for a holiday as she has tailor-made three excellent holidays to Dubai and Sri Lanka (2009), the west coast of Canada (2010) and a trip this year to Verona and Lake Garda for our anniversary (with a little extra added as a surprise). We would like to express our wholehearted thanks and gratitude for the way she has put us at ease and having the patience with respect to our different/sometimes awkward requests that we have posed her in the past (and will probably carry on doing so in the future). It is a pleasure to know her and we respect her expertise and co-operation in providing us with exactly what we request. No query has been too difficult for her to solve. We also appreciate her visits so that we have face-to-face meetings when discussing itineraries and such. Currently, Laura is now working very hard to organise our holiday next year (2012) to Australia which we feel sure will have an excellent rating of 100% again. Any holidays we now wish to go on will always be passed by Laura first.

I use Laura to book all travel requirements at work and I have never had a problem with her service, so when myself and a friend decided to book the trip of a lifetime to Egypt I did not hesitate in contacting Laura and I’m very happy that I did. She made the whole booking process easy and stress free all I did was give Laura our travel requirements and she did the rest. We were given numerous options, from flying from different airports in UK and different airlines to cheaper options on our holiday to save money to the best of the best. We booked our honeymoon with Laura, our original plan being a tour around Thailand. Laura helped us put a great package together for a 3 centre holiday to Bangkok, Chiangmai and Koh Samui. Unfortunately a month before our wedding the riots broke out in Bangkok. Laura was fantastic at keeping us regularly updated on the travel situation and other travel options available to us. She was always at the end of a phone call. During a stressful time this was a great help. Laura spent a substantial amount of her own time helping us put together an alternative honeymoon package after liasing almost daily with the tour operator. The tickets weren't available to us until the day before the wedding, Laura dropped the tickets round, explained our itinerary in detail and even booked our seats on the outbound flight on the Saturday evening. We can't thank her enough for a fantastic trip to Singapore and Koh Samui. The service Laura provided was excellent, significantly better than any travel agent we have used in the past, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Laura and Travel Counsellors in the future. We have used Laura as our travel organiser for some years. She doesn't let you down - her professionalism shows through - and even with complicated bookings she continues to offer her clients the best - she appears calm and unflappable when airlines suddenly change schedules. She finds the most competitive prices, and deals with her clients like "family" - for example, we were in Bali during the second Bali bombing - she telephoned us in the middle of the night in our hotel bedroom to ensure that we were OK - now that really is service.
