Disney for Christmas! From starting the planning to being there, Laura had thought of everything, from visiting us at home to get to know what we liked to responding to questions while we were there, with her knowledge and experience she booked us the holiday of a lifetime, never would we have managed to organize and think of everything but Laura really worked her butt off to make sure we had the perfect time, which we did.

Laura booked us a very special split stay holiday to Florida. Where Laura really shined is the support she gave us when we incurred a problem whilst on our holiday in USA. During the last week our villa roof started to leak - just unfortunate and likely as a result of severe storms. We notified the villa company ourselves and also notified Laura who then took it upon herself to contact the company as well to make sure a resolution was reached quickly. The company suggested a villa move to us but our son is neurodivergent and we knew he wouldn’t manage a last minute move to an unknown villa well, so Laura attempted to negotiate repairs whilst we remained in the property. This was all quite late in the day in the UK but Laura persisted and kept us updated. The following day we did have to move for health and safety reasons and Laura arranged a member of staff to help us move to a new villa (as I had injured my hand). Laura’s determination and understanding was so gratefully appreciated and it isn’t something you would get from a large company. Once we were settled into our new villa - 11pm UK time, I then realised it was Laura’s birthday! She had spent her WHOLE day ensuring our holiday was enjoyable and didn’t mention her birthday at all (I only saw the date on social media). After our move Laura checked in to make sure we had settled and also sent a fruit basket directly to the new villa - which was a nice treat and welcome break from the processed food! Laura’s service was second to none and both my husband and I agreed that our holiday would have not gone as well without her. I had never used an independent travel consultant before but the extra level of service for no additional cost to us was incredible. Thank you Laura, we look forward to booking summer 2026

The entire experience was seamless, and I appreciated Laura checking me in for my flights, allowing me to stay in holiday mode.
