Laura helped us to choose and book our honeymoon for April 2025. We knew we wanted to go to Mauritius but Laura helped us to find different hotel options to decide between and gave us information on which side of the Island might be best for us at the time of year we were visiting. Once we'd chosen and booked the hotel Laura then helped us to find some excursions to book for whilst we were over there, she sent us lots of options to choose from. Laura was really helpful throughout the whole process and was really quick to respond to any questions that we had. She made the whole process really easy and simple for us. We didn't have to think about anything, Laura dealt with checking us into our flights and even printed out confirmations of everything so we could take it with us, from the flight details to the transfer, hotel details and details of all our excursions. Whilst we were on honeymoon Laura was available to answer any questions we had and confirmed our pick up times for all excursions the day before. When one of our days out was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances Laura was really great at suggesting alternative things for us to do and see to make sure we still had a really great day. Unfortunately, our flight home was cancelled and Laura was brilliant at communicating with us and getting everything sorted so we didn't have to stress, she checked us into our rearranged flight and dealt with sorting us out a new transfer to the airport. We had an amazing holiday and it was made even better by Laura's great organisation and how easy she made everything for us. We would definitely recommend Laura to anyone looking to plan a holiday and we will definitely be using her again!

Laura was fantastic from the booking of our holiday right through to when we landed. She arranged all of our flights, accommodation, transfers and seats on the plane. She even arranged for kids meals for our 2 children which is something I hadn't even thought of. Laura sent us all of our hard copy booking confirmation forms for our hotels and flights and had even filled out our luggage tickets with our details on!!!! I had already researched our holiday before I was introduced to Laura so had a good idea of the cost but she went above and beyond to at least match the prices I had found and even beat them!! I would like to thank Laura for arranging a couple of trips for me now to Thailand and Brazil. In both instances Laura arranged everything, flights, accommodation and transfers. Laura recommendations, particularly hotels along the way were all great and in my hour of need in Brazil (the only time I booked a hotel myself, which wasnt up to standard!!) A friend introduced me to Laura and I've found her to be brilliant and very patient! My husband and I have always fancied spending Christmas and New Year somewhere hot, so we chose Thailand. I emailed Laura the places we wanted to visit and our budget. She came back to me with so many different options.
