Hello, I am Lee, your personal Travel Counsellor. I have been fortunate enough to explore many corners of the world, from trekking across China and Tibet, standing watching the sun rise over Everest, to watching wildlife roam free across the savannah in Kenya and then lounging on the beach in the stunning paradise of Zanzibar, I bring that experience into every itinerary I create for my customers.
My focus is simple: exceptional customer service and holidays that are perfectly matched to you. I listen carefully to what you want from your time away, then use my knowledge, contacts and attention to detail to craft trips that are memorable for all the right reasons.
Whether you are planning a complex multi‑centre journey, a family escape or a short luxury break, I will take care of everything with care and professionalism. My aim is for you to feel supported, informed and excited at every stage, knowing that your holiday has been designed and looked after by someone who genuinely cares about the outcome.

When you book with me, it is protected in Travel Counsellors’ independent Trust, with every penny fully safeguarded until you’re home. While online bookings leave you on your own if something goes wrong, when you book with me you are supported by our 24/7 Duty Office, watching over your trip around the clock. If there is disruption, strikes, bad weather or a sudden change to your plans, there is always a dedicated Travel Counsellors team working behind the scenes to alert me, support you and help arrange alternatives. It means you are never just a booking reference in a call centre queue, you have real people looking out for you before, during and after your holiday.
