Thank you for your postcard and our greeting letters in hotels, it’s a lovely touch which made us feel special. Just thought I would drop you a line to say a massive thank you and review our holiday for others. Italian Cooking Experience + Lake Garda The whole holiday was perfect ?? Transfers were on time and very polite and nice cars. ? The chef experience was amazing. We had a beautiful suite of rooms with 2 balconies with views that were unbelievable. So much so we did not leave our room one night just say out enjoying the view and the gorgeous wine provided. Breakfast came by dumb waiter and was whatever we requested. We were made very welcome and felt like we were part of a family. Our meal the first night there was a delicious 7 course fish menu in their restaurant which over looked lake Garda and only accommodated 3 tables of 2 so very private and romantic, we would have done that again but after we cooked in morning we ate 4 courses at lunchtime with wine so not really hungry on night. You can also walk into village square where there was a nice bistro. The chefs teaching was brilliant and we learnt new skills, they were also very interesting and have travelled the world chef-ing. Then onto Sirmione which was busy but so much to see and do. We had some lovely walks and visited the castle. The Hotel provided a free trip round the peninsula which was nice. Hotel was very nice, good breakfasts and friendly polite staff. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was very good. Our Balcony overlooking a small square which was nice. All in all a fabulous holiday and we would definitely try a holiday like that again. Thank you once again X

“Fabulous two-centre Saariselka and Muotka The whole holiday was Amazing from start to finish. Brilliant Rep at both the Hotels Food was better than we ever expected! Totally wonderful no one could go hungry there. The trips were unbelievable, Cold -30 windchill some evening trips , but the hired gear and boots kept us toastie, the only thing that did get a tad cold was our fingers (we had to take gloves off for photos) and toes, but a quick hop in the sauna once back and a Honey Jack Daniels helped too ! ?? All photos taken whilst we were there! Obviously Northern Light Photos are better with camera than you see with naked eye which a lot of people didn’t realise (but I had done my homework) We did on our first night see them literally with our own eyes! I loved it so much we are wanting to return Thank You so much for literally ‘A HOLIDAY OF A LIFETIME’ “

I would just like to let you know about our experience with Lesley Hyde, Travel Counsellor. We have just got back from an absolutely fantastic Christmas skiing holiday. It was our first time spending Christmas away from home & it did not disappoint. Lesley Hyde organised everything from start to finish & everything in between. She was there to answer our endless questions and made us feel like we were her only clients, a bespoke holiday… She made us feel confident about travel abroad as we hadn’t been since pre covid. Our resort was fantastic & there was endless snow, skiing & apres ski. The ski school & ski passes were sorted for us by Lesley. Just returned from an amazing 14 nights at the Zafiro hotel in Can Picafort, Majorca. Another amazing destination suggested by Lesley. We just wanted to say thank you for organising our trip to Seoul and Tokyo. The flights with Asiana airlines were great and we felt well looked after on the flights. The hotels were also in great locations with access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. I would like to say a big thank you to you for organising our trip to Vegas. We had an excellent time and everything ran smoothly. Someone described Vegas to me as a “posh Blackpool” and that to me was a good description of the place. It’s definitely worth a visit. We usually have two holidays a year and leave the booking in the capable hands of Leslie at Travel Counsellors. We have used Leslie for several years depending on her to find us the holiday we require and we have never been disappointed. We receive a personal touch from Leslie and nothing is too much trouble for her. Sometimes it takes us a few weeks but she is in touch with us offering loads of choices until we finally make our decision.
