I originally was in contact with Lindsay Aspinall, who was extremely helpful and very quick to reply. Unfortunately, I was not so quick at replying and by the time I had got round to making a decision Lindsay had left for her summer holiday (I knew I should have been more proactive!). However I got a very prompt reply from her colleague Dawn Gascoigne, who took over everything no questions asked! I couldn't believe how simple it was and thought I would have to give details all over again but absolutely not, and that day I booked the holiday! I am grateful to them both; they must be attached to their phones to email back so quickly! Very impressed! And very lovely people to talk too! Thank you! p.s I also met Lindsay at a wedding fair twice, and she was more then helpful both times.

It was recommended that I should speak to Travel Counsellors, to see if they would be able to find a very last minute holiday to anywhere hot and with a beach.
