We’ve just returned from the most incredible mother and daughter trip to New York, and honestly… we’re still smiling! From the very beginning, everything was taken care of so effortlessly. Booking through Lisa was the best decision we made — she handled absolutely everything, making the whole process smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. No endless searching, no worrying about the details… just pure excitement counting down to our trip. When we arrived in New York, it was everything we’d dreamed of and more. From walking through Central Park, to taking in the breathtaking views from the top of the Rockefeller, every moment felt special. The city has such an amazing energy, and sharing it together made it even more magical. One of the highlights for us was the sightseeing pass Lisa arranged. Not only did it give us access to so many of the must-see attractions, but it also saved us money — which meant more shopping and treating ourselves (of course!). Having everything organised in advance meant we could just enjoy every moment without worrying about queues or plans. It really felt like the trip was tailor-made just for us, and that’s down to Lisa’s care, attention, and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was always there if we needed anything. We’ve come home with the most amazing memories that we’ll treasure forever — and we’re already talking about where to go next! Booked a holiday to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for Easter with Lisa and obviously it was cancelled and Lisa dealt with it all for us and got us a full refund efficiently. She quickly turned our travel plans around booking us something else of similar cost. We did Miami and a cruise which was a fabulous alternative. The night before our 10am flight to Miami virgin cancelled our flight at 10pm causing us stress. I had previously upgraded that morning to business class at check in too. Lisa was amazing and was straight onto Virgin customer service for us who weren’t very helpful, but she was there for support when we needed it. In the meantime we were moved onto an AA flight which I was really disappointed with but this was our only option and in the end I was very impressed with them. As a result of this we arrived 6hrs late to Miami meaning we had missed our paid transfer but travel counsellors reimbursed us for the alternative transfer we had to pay out for. Lisa was so supportive throughout our whole experience and was nice to have her at the end of the phone to help us. Would recommend Lisa and tc to anyone she’s fantastic!

We just wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience, because it truly couldn’t have gone any better thanks to Lisa. We were originally due to travel to Dubai, but when circumstances meant we had to change our plans, we honestly expected it to be stressful, complicated, and costly. Instead, it was the complete opposite. From the moment we spoke to Lisa, everything was taken care of so easily and efficiently. Our original holiday was cancelled without any issues or charges, and she completely transformed our trip into something even more exciting — an American road trip we’ll never forget. The whole process was seamless. We didn’t have to worry about a thing — Lisa handled everything for us, keeping it simple, stress-free, and actually really enjoyable to plan. And what a holiday it turned out to be… We started in Los Angeles, soaking up the sunshine and the buzz of the city, before making our way along the breathtaking Californian coast — the views alone were worth the trip. We then headed to San Diego, which had such a relaxed, beautiful feel to it, before continuing up to the iconic San Francisco, which completely lived up to expectations. To top it all off, we finished in Las Vegas, which was just incredible — such an amazing atmosphere and the perfect way to end our adventure. Looking back, what started as a worrying situation turned into one of the best holidays we’ve ever had — and that’s entirely down to Lisa. I was finding booking a multi-centre trip to Indonesia a bit daunting - then Lisa saved the day ! Lisa organised flights, hotels and itineraries and came up with a number of really useful suggestions we hadn't even considered. Lisa at Travel Counsellor’s helped me book my honeymoon and the whole process couldn’t have been easier! Lisa took all the stress out of us from looking at cruise packages and booking the whole thing - flights, transfers, hotels and the cruise! I have recently been on a fabulous two week holiday to Australia. Every aspect of this trip was organised and booked for me by Lisa. What I really appreciated was her very personal service and attention to every detail. She obtained my Australian visa, booked my choice of seats on the flights (there were 8). She even booked a boat excursion to the great barrier reef for me. She delivered the travel documents to my house as she lives nearby. This is the second trip she has organised for me. The first was a rail journey from Yorkshire to Umbria in Italy. Again, her organisation was faultless. In the future, I shall use Lisa to book less complex trips and holidays as she removes the stress of doing everything online oneself.
