I have been using Lisa Harris for the last five years to book trips, flights and hotels. Lisa has been brilliant; always professional, accessible and nothing is too much trouble! I do not hesitate to recommend her!

Lisa takes all the stress out of booking a holiday. All my minute requests are seamlessly attended to including flight seats. She is always professional and ready to help at any time, even whilst actually on holiday abroad. A couple of years ago she managed to help myself and my daughter when a pre-booked day excursion went wrong in Cyprus. She proceeded to arrange a taxi from our hotel which then caught up the coach that had failed to pick us up. It was a bit like a James Bond Movie! We were then able to continue on with our wonderful day excursion which I was so looking forward to. This was all sorted out from the UK by Lisa. Amazing. I know that Lisa will always manage to get us the best holiday options. She is FAB.

I am so pleased my friends recommended Lisa to me. I have never met anyone who is more helpful, friendly and professional all rolled into one. Nothing seems to be too much bother for Lisa. From personal experience, Lisa has booked us several cycling holidays and all at a very good price. Surprisingly, it was cheaper to book through Lisa than to book direct with the tour company. We often want to tag on an extra couple of days and Lisa goes the extra mile finding us hotels and booking taxis too. Lisa came into her own when we were in India as the UK went into lockdown in March 2020. It was Lisa who persuaded us to cut our holiday short and get home. Whilst the rest of the group on our tour were panicking about getting home, Lisa had rebooked our flights and kept checking that we were ok. Thank goodness she persuaded us to come home early, as we were on the last flight out of Delhi before India went into a strict lockdown. Early in 2020, before anyone had heard of Covid, I booked flights to Seoul through a cheaper flight bucket shop. What a mistake that turned out to be as a year later I am still out of pocket. Lesson learnt. Even though I didn’t book through Lisa, she has been amazing in advising me what I should do to try to get my money back. What a hero! I whole heartedly recommend Lisa.

There is only one word for Lisa -AWESOME! She has sorted out numerous trips for us and nothing is ever too much trouble (....we change our minds a lot!!). From pre trip planning through to checking in and making sure everything is ok while you are away, her service is faultless. My husband and I are pretty well travelled and in the past, have mainly booked trips ourselves but the level of service you get when you book through Lisa just takes so many of the little headaches away that we now book pretty much all our overseas trips through her and will continue to do so for many more years to come. Lisa has organised our holidays for a number of years now. She is amazing and very very professional. Her attention to detail is second to none and no issue or task is too small for her. One thing that makes her stand out is the service she provides throughout the whole experience. She will sort out anything that may arise while you are away and has even been on hand to rebook hotels and transfers when flights were cancelled. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending her - she is friendly, professional and knowledgable - what more do you want from a travel advisor.

Where do I start? Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lisa. We wanted to travel independently to Canada, and had some 'must do things on our list'. Other travel agents said it couldn't be done, but Lisa set up a bespoke itinerary that captured every place and activity we asked for within the timescales we needed. She also checked each activity the day before, re-confirmed our bookings and let us know the meeting times / details each day. On another occasion we needed to stay in a specific hotel in Thailand for family reasons. It appeared to be fully booked, but Lisa called them direct and secured us the last available room. I would seriously not even consider using a different travel agent. Lisa always ensures a completely stress free experience whether it is business travel or for pleasure.

Lisa is endlessly patient with my evolving plans. I know I am in safe hands when my trips are booked through her.

Lisa is always helpful, responsive, polite and is able to organise the travel I need. I am so lucky to have her. Nothing is too much trouble for her no matter how small the request. Or how large.

Lisa organised a two month holiday to Australia, New Zealand and the Far East for me and my wife at the end of 2013. This was the second trip Lisa had sorted for us (the previous one being to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos Islands in 2012). She has produced two seamless trips, both of which required a lot of co-ordination and organisation with so many parts to them. She has boundless energy and our requests to change certain aspects were always met with "that won't be a problem". I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough and know that anyone using her services will be extremely pleased with her planning.

I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough! She is the ultimate professional from the first telephone conversation right up until her welcome home call. Everything about booking our weeks holiday in Tenerife was perfect - she was so organised and quick with her information and nothing was too much trouble. All the information she gave us was totally accurate and her attention to detail cannot be matched. During out weeks stay, Lisa texted to check everything was perfect and to confirm our transfer times - she is fantastic. I would highly recommend Lisa to everyone - and have already! We've just returned from a fabulous honeymoon exploring the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia. At first, my future wife and I thought it might be difficult to relinquish control of our honeymoon planning. However, after our first conversation with Lisa, she set us at complete ease with her friendly and efficient consultation. We were hoping for a bespoke feel to our trip - this was exactly what was provided. Lisa took on board our ideas and preferences and then went away and did all the leg work to provide us with a structure to work from including shortlists for hotels, transfers, car hire, ferry crossings and flights. This meant we could tailor the finer details to our liking and Lisa had already sifted the gems from the mountain of available information. Throughout the process, Lisa was thoroughly professional and punctual which made it an absolute pleasure. She also drew on her own experiences to provide some great suggestions. Before we left she gave us all the documentation we required in a handy pack - couldn't have made it easier! We will definitely be recommending her to friends and we will use her again in future.

Just back from a holiday to Sydney made easy by Lisa's friendly, helpful and efficient service. Great help in finding the right deal and sorting out visas and limo pick ups and answering all our questions quickly. We will be in touch for any future trip.

I've yet to go on my trip to Australia, but I'm praising Lisa to the skies for simply organising it for me. It's impossible to succinctly explain how brilliant Lisa is in just 400 words! She has booked both a cruise and 2 weeks travelling around Cuba for me and as a (slightly fussy) seasoned traveller I can honestly say that her level of service and attention to detail is second to none. I've had no hesitation in recommending her to just about everyone I know!

Lisa is superb at what she does! She sourced about 5 different flight options for me to South America (including internal flights) and nothing was too much trouble - despite me changing my mind so many times! Lisa goes beyond the call of duty because she loves what she does. She found me places to stay and provided me with destination advice too. A fantastic service, which is more than just a service.

The fact that we had a great holiday is testament alone to Lisa. We initially threw her a pretty vague criteria with some fairly specific “must haves”. Lisa came up with some great options and despite a french rail strike and a UK tube strike, found us a fantastic destination. Lisa has been a total lifesaver for all my travel arrangements. She's unbelievably efficient, friendly, professional, helpful and goes well beyond the call of duty on every job I've given her. She single-handedly saved the weekend Stag Do I was trying to organise and ended up co-ordinating a completely new weekend, late on a Friday night, when our flights to Valencia were cancelled. Wow!
