I am based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, and I’ve been helping people travel for many years, starting out as a YTS trainee and going on to work as a Gold Travel Consultant and Branch Manager in leisure travel. For the last six years I have specialised in luxury, bespoke, tailor‑made holidays and business travel, most recently as an Office Manager leading a team.
I have in‑depth knowledge of a wide range of destinations and I’m fortunate to have first‑hand experience of many of them, including Australia, Vietnam, Mexico, Barbados, several states across the USA, Europe and the Mediterranean, plus a number of cruises. More recently I’ve explored the Indian Ocean and the Middle East, which has added even more ideas and insight I can share with you.

Lorraine has organised our last few holidays and we couldn't be happier. She is so experienced and because of this, was able to recommend some super hotels, convenient flights, trips and car hire deals on our most recent fly drive holiday to the US. It was a tricky one to arrange and coordinate to our specific requirements but nothing was too much for Lorraine. She tweaked and improved and now we have the perfect holiday. What a fantastic trip. The Aria hotel in Budapest is lovely, really nice and new with great rooms. Free wine and cheese in the lobby every day a particular highlight, also very nice spa. Concierge team were great and found for us restaurants outside the hotel which were fantastic, Aszu in particular. But I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Gozo was really good.
The island is relaxing and plenty to see and do for the week.
The villa was really impressive, so was a good choice - really well done interior, very spacious, and very nice pool and outside area. The Gharb village was lovely - had some good restaurants and a craft market, food is Italian influenced as not far from Sicily.
The diving was great, warm and clear water with plenty of fish to see and we dived a wreck as well. There’s a good choice of dives on Gozo and understand similar story with Malta.
Hotel in Valetta (Osborne) was fine, had all we needed for the short stay in the capital.
So all in all it all worked out really well.

Highly recommend winter Lapland experience. Extremely proud of my almost 72 year old dad for driving huskies twice including in the dark and driving a snow mobile... he loved it! The northern lights were seen but not at their full potential so an excuse to go somewhere similar one day! Amazing experience which we finally got to do!!! Booked a fly-drive around USA for 3 weeks, which included 9 flights, 15 hotels, 3 hire cars, visa and excursions. Including Atlanta CNN Tower, Nashville Ryman Theatre & Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Memphis Graceland, New Orleans, swamp trip. Dallas - JFK tour. San Francisco cruise, Seattle Boeing Factory Tour. Everything went as clockwork and we had no single issue at all. Had a perfect trip and loved every minute of it. We were checked in online, hassle free, seats pre-allocated on all flights. Car hire upgraded to Gold to save time and money. Assistance was also provided prior to departure to help arrange travel insurance as this was slightly complicated due to medical conditions. Everything was perfect and I can not thank Lorraine enough for her knowledge and skill in providing this trip and great holiday memories.

I recently took a trip to Melbourne Australia to visit my Aunty and Uncle who live on the Mornington Peninsular in a town called Rosebud. This area is around an hour’s drive from Melbourne city centre and is well known for surfing, long stretches of golden beaches and sleepy seaside towns with a wide variety of cafes, boutique shops and restaurants.

Well I have just returned from another stunning holiday at The Apostolata MareBlue in Skala, Kefalonia. I've stayed here for the last three years and always have a wonderful time. This hotel is perfect for couples and families wanting a relaxed chilled break. There isn't a great deal to do but this is perfect for me, if you purely want to re-charge your batteries it's perfect.
