He was extremely knowledgeable and, when reports of a virus meant we had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. He found us a great alternative at a good price and took care of everything, including arranging private transfers, which made the whole process completely stress-free. From the original enquiry about booking a family holiday to the actual holiday itself everything was handled swiftly and efficiently by Louis and Emma. Everything was very straightforward and easy to understand. Payment of the holiday was easy and receipts received for every payment made . Requests such as child beds/cots and child friendly rooms were accommodated . The transfers to and from the resort were especially helpful and efficient with friendly and communicative staff, very welcome with two tired toddlers , child seats also provided. The hotel suggested by Louis was ideal for a lovely, relaxing family holiday with all amenities close by. A very enjoyable experience and would not hesitate to use Travel Counsellors again due to the personal service they provided and the easy communication should any problems have arisen.
