I’m Louise, an independent Travel Counsellor based in Dorset. Travel has always been at the heart of my life: from uncovering hidden gems and experiencing new cultures to creating unforgettable family adventures, I’ve turned a lifelong love of holidays into a career I truly care about.
What I love most about my job is getting to know my customers and understanding what really matters to them. I enjoy delving into the finer details and tailoring every element so your trip feels just right for you. I specialise in luxury beach escapes, family adventures, European city breaks, cruises, ski trips and tailor‑made itineraries. Whether you are planning a honeymoon, a family holiday, a trip with friends, a curated solo journey or group travel for sports club events abroad, I will take the time to listen and design something genuinely personal.
I’ve been fortunate to explore many incredible destinations, including Mexico, Cuba, Morocco, Portugal and numerous spots across France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Greece. I also holiday every year with my family, so I understand what really works when you are travelling with little ones in tow and how to balance wish‑lists, budgets and practicalities.
When you book with me, you can expect genuine care and meticulous attention to detail. You will have one‑to‑one support from your first enquiry, through any changes while you are away (such as flight or itinerary adjustments), right up until you return home – you are never on your own, I am just a message or call away. You also have the peace of mind of our 24/7 Duty Office and full ATOL protection.
