Lucie planned a lovely vacation for us in the Cotswolds with a rental car. The resort was absolutely perfect for our family. Additionally, we were in a situation where our Airbnb cancelled us just hours before we were set to arrive. After frantically messaging Lucie she had 4 great options within an hour. I was so happy to have Lucie arrange my last holliday on Hurtigruten along the coast of Norway. She went way beyond the call of duty and even took me to the airport as my flight took off in the early hours of the morning. When my cruise was cut short by stormy weather she arranged more convenient flights than I was offered with Hurtigruten for my return, together with a taxi pick up to take me home. She is now working on claiming my expenses for the missed parts of my journey. I always recommend Lucie to all my friends and relatives as I know from experience that she takes all the stress away from the journey.
