We had the most fabulous time in Lake Garda and your wonderful recommendation of staying at Piccola Vela. It was so exquisite , beautifully maintained gardens around the swimming pool area, comfortable rooms and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was like visiting someone’s private home with beautiful furniture and surrounds but with staff! We had lunch a few of times and two evening meals in the hotel and both were of a very high standard along with being delicious. We can see why guests have regularly gone back to stay. We may also consider this again. It was also a very good location in terms of walking into Desenzano and finding other interesting places to eat and of course look at the beautiful scenery of the lake and go on the ferry to visit some other places of interest. Fabulous. Our travelling all went extremely smoothly both ends as did the car hire. We did a fair amount of travelling around in the car as there was so much we wanted to see but we also managed to chill and generally have a super time. Again thank you ,Lucy, for another truly great suggestion of a super place. We really did enjoy our stay very much.

My son planned to marry in China and asked me to arrange the trip. The task which involved booking flights, hotels and transfers in Hong Kong and China for 5 people was rather daunting and a friend recommended Lucy Williams from Travel Counsellors. The location was absolutely lovely, and every one of my needs was fully met. All transfers were smoothly organised, which made the journey completely stress-free. During my trip, I unfortunately lost my handbag. Despite me being abroad, she went above and beyond to support me—making calls and enquiries on my behalf and working hard to help retrieve it. We recently booked our stay at the King Evelthon in Cyprus through Lucy, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Lucy kept us fully informed with flight and transfer times, check-in details and all the information we needed before travelling. She also checked in with us during the holiday to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the hotel. She was great at following up with easyjet as we had lost one piece of luggage it was resolved swiftly. Her communication was fantastic throughout, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel was great, the pools were stunning and food was excellent with a waterpark to entertain the children. We wouldn't hesitate to book through Lucy again and highly recommend her.

After a challenging year, I asked Lucy to find a place with enough space for a baby to safely crawl around—and wow, she delivered! This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly well looked after. Since we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by having a beautiful cake waiting in our room on the big day! We’ll definitely be returning, as the whole experience was truly special. I was also unsure about the airline at first, but once again, I was taken care of from start to finish. Traveling alone with a baby isn’t easy, but I was shown so much kindness and support—right from check-in to help with luggage, and even little treats for both Harper and me!
