I have really enjoyed the holidays I have booked with Madeleine. I have booked with her 3 times and currently booking again. Each time it has taken the pressure off me to organise everything and made the travel experience easy from the get go. She is easy to communicate with and has really listens to what I want, from hotels to excursions. The last trip was to Poland and it was just fabulous. I would highly recommend Madeleine to everyone.

Madeline was amazing from start to finish with booking our holiday. Any queries we had she replied straight away. Madeline found us an amazing hotel which we will definitely be returning to. Highly recommend!

Madeleine has always been excellent. It is easy to refine holiday ideas to get the holiday we want. She is always very responsive, even on her 'days off'. She came into her own and was invaluable when things didn't go according to plan on one of our holidays. She was fantastic.

I honestly don't know how I managed before using Madeleine. She's responsive, reliable, friendly and saves me an incredible amount of time. What I value most is the peace of mind she gives me. She takes away all the anxiety of wondering whether I've booked the right flights on the right days, whether I've missed something important, or whether all the details line up. She keeps track of things I'd otherwise forget, like passport expiry dates, check-in deadlines and travel requirements, and she reminds me when I need to do something! She even checks us in for flights, which might sound like a small thing, but when you're juggling work, family and life, it's one less thing to worry about. Knowing she's got everything under control means I can focus on looking forward to the trip rather than stressing about whether or not I've booked everything correctly!

Madeleine always makes great efforts to deal with all our priorities. We have always enjoyed the holidays she arranged.

Very happy to give a 10 score for Madeleine's friendly help and efficiency shown to date. Admittedly we have not yet been on the holiday but we are confident it will go very well and it is good to know that she is there in case of any mishaps.
