From our very first enquiry Madeleine responded very quickly, introducing herself and explaining what she could do. Once we gave our suggested requirements, she came back with a choice of hotels and a choice of ferry timetables and also offered to look into insurance for us. During the trip we were delayed because of a storm and our ferry was cancelled at short notice. Excellent service with a personal touch

When I contacted Madeleine I wasn't sure that she would be interested in doing such a small booking - one night in Manchester. I needn't have worried at all. She kept me informed about the different options available, and everything was booked up by the end of the next day. I know she got a much better deal than I would have done, had I searched myself, and I really hate having to search for hotels online. We are going up to a family funeral, and just need somewhere nice to stay the night before. The hassle was taken out of my hands. I know who I'll be turning to next time I come to book a 'real' holiday!

I have booked two long haul holidays with Madeleine and have just booked my third. I have 100% trust, faith and belief that what I have been offered. Madeleine has spent a great amount of time to taylor my trips to my exact wants, no finer details are forgotten. Even though the request for help was for a trivial break by today's standards Madeleine took a lot of trouble to source the right property for us. I did not find it at all easy doing it on my own and was astonished at the extent of the excellent choices that Madeleine was able to unearth that matched our criteria. The eventual property we selected even had a HOT TUB, though it is likely that my wife and I will be last in the queue. Once again thanks. We shall definitely go to Madeleine again.
