We have booked our holidays with Mandy since 2024 up to four times a year . We have every confidence in her . Mandy goes above and beyond to make are holidays perfectly stress free, no problem is too much trouble. When communicating with Mandy it’s like talking to a good friend, always there when we need her and always willing help .

I would have no hesitation recommending Mandy to my family and friends ! She's an absolute star , and nothing is to much trouble for her , you can’t ring or txt anytime and she always gets back to you promptly ! I have used her in the past and just booked another 2 holidays with her . I found mandy on facebook few years ago. said hello told her am looking 5 nights Benidorm ..she found me a great hotel for solo traveler at the time ..but the light bulb moment was i didn't have to spend hours at the pc searching for best deals ..Mandy's experience did all that .and checks me in organises my wheelchair assistance.its like pay and go brilliant .. so when I want a holiday I don't even turn on my pc .txt message to Mandy she sends me a few choices i make a selection done..and Mandy's prices are a lot cheaper then i find ..so its win win for me . From texting Mandy on mon morn with I might add a very challenging holiday request she had text me back within an hour with several options and with few phone calls later from her was there anything else I needed or help with our holiday we had it all booked and paid for that day Mandy is so efficient and extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her I would recommend her to everyone I know .

I wanted to change hotel and Mandy dealt with it for me ...... even when she was on holiday herself .... that's great customer service!! And the original booking was done so efficiently and with such a friendly manner. Brilliant.

Mandy goes above and beyond what is needed for your holiday. she's always available when something goes wrong. she's always there to sort out problems straight away, nothing is a problem for her. she is the most courteous and polite person you could speak to. I was sceptical at first as I always used TA but saw Mandys posts and they were just what I was looking for so checked some reviews out and thought ok I will give it a go and was simply blown away by how easy everything was and after speaking on the telephone with Mandy and explaining our personal requirements she put my mind at rest completely, even checking us in. Would rate Mandy 15/10 if possible. Will definitely be using again.
