Mandy booked our Disney 2025 trip after discussing a holiday in the sunshine to us ending up going there, wasn’t a problem and Mandy was very helpful in getting us there. Sent us several flight options, as well as departure airports & costings. Never felt embarrassed giving a budget to Mandy, she wanted to get us the most for our money. She had recommended paying an extra £20 for a better hotel, which had a pool and closer to the park .. I’m so glad we took the advice given! The whole holiday was honestly perfect, thanks to Mandy. We received a phone call from Mandy herself to check a few days beforehand to see if we had any queries and to let us know she’d be doing our online check ins. Loads of information on the app about anything, especially where the transfer meeting point was. When we arrived in the hotel we received our passes/photo pass access card that had all been paid before we went. Very easy, they set it all up for you with your booking confirmation. We had Character breakfast booked and that was amazing! Easy to get into park earlier and all well posted where to go. Will definitely be recommending Mandy to my friends/family and using the service again. It was so straight forward and she done everything!!! We just turned up. Thank you again. We’ve been left with memories to last a life time - you certainly have such a fulfilling job!

Just back from the most magical trip to Disneyland, with the lovely help from Mandy she made the whole experience that extra bit special. I can’t thank her enough for all her help and making sure my little girls first Disney experience was one she wouldn’t forget & us too! Mandy was there from booking our trip, the lead up, whilst we were there and even contacted us afterwards to make sure we had the best time. It’s takes the stress off having someone to answer all your questions and help with recommendations, I certainly couldn’t have done it without her. We have just returned from the most amazing holiday to the Amalfi Coast made extra special by Mandy’s fantastic planning and organisation. We can’t thank Mandy enough for her expertise in ensuring every transfer was taken care of and the choice of every hotel was more than we could have wanted or expected. As we knew nothing of the area we relied on Mandy’s knowledge to provide us with the best possible experience- and she did not disappoint!!! Our first destination was Sorrento - The Hotel Imperial Tramontano was very special. We were met at the airport and transferred there with no hanging around at all. The location of the hotel was just perfect - close to the centre, yet quiet with the most incredible views of the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from our balcony. This was a very traditional hotel with the most attentive staff. The room was spacious with a great bathroom (including bathrobes and slippers!) The food was exceptional! After two nights we moved to Capris. We were picked up from the hotel, taken to the port, where our hydrofoil tickets were ready waiting for us, our cases were delivered to boat and we were on our way- extremely slick. We were met at the port in Capris, where our cases were taken and delivered to our hotel (we felt a bit like royalty!!!) A representative met us and escorted us to our hotel - Villa Brunella. The location took my breath away and almost reduced me to tears it was so beautiful! Again the staff were so welcoming and attentive and breakfasts by the pool were amazing. After two nights we then moved to Amalfi -transfer was flawless again, no hassle. Hotel Amalfi Residence was an ideal choice . With a beachfront location , close to the action, which we could watch from our lovely balcony, yet quite at night, , ensuring we had a good night’s sleep! Staff were very helpful and keen to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you for everything Mandy, we definitely will use your service again! JUST SUPERB.

We have just returned from yet another holiday superbly organised by Mandy Robson. I don’t even consider booking with anyone else as Mandy’s attention to detail & professionalism are second to none. I have used her services since she started work with Travel Counsellors & have recommended her to many friends. Even the Welcome Home postcard just adds that special touch. This holiday was the third attempt at getting to Cape Verde (blame Covid) and every time we have had to reschedule since 2020 Mandy has kept us informed & supported our choices. No question ever feels silly & her swift responses to messages and emails are very much appreciated. I’m already booked for my next holiday in a couple of months! This lady is worth her weight in gold as she takes away any stress in booking a holiday & I know we can trust her to look after us. Many thanks again Mandy.

We have booked our holidays with Mandy for years.When she started working with Travel Counsellors we followed her!!! We have had numerous holidays.Mandy knows exactly what we like and gets it spot on each time! We tell her where we want to go and that all we have to do as Mandy sends us some info and then we book!! We feel confident booking with Mandy as she is always at the end of the phone if we need her! One holiday we got stuff in Caribbean as there was a tropical storm. ... we contacted Mandy and she sorted everything for us for our return flight plus hotel train etc! Mandy once again arranged our annual holiday for us and once again everything was just perfect. We even changed part of the booking upgrading a hire car, not a problem all sorted. Before we came home I emailed Mandy and asked if she could arrange for our tickets to be upgraded to Priority Plus, no problem all done within a few hours. Nothing is too much trouble. Booked a holiday of a lifetime to Disneyworld in Florida for myself and my family. Mandy's service was excellent from the first time I phoned her and all through the whole process. Mandy researched choices from staying in Disney to having our own villa and never did I feel pushed into booking with her. She was very professional and no matter what question I asked her ( big or small) she gave me an answer. I have had 2 wonderful holidays this year (to New Zealand and then to Muscat) both masterminded by Mandy. She was recommended to me and I can't rate her service highly enough. From our first phone chat I was impressed - she took on board our ideas, interests and budget and bit by bit put the holidays together making suggestions she thought might suit. She looked into all sorts of alternatives and changes that we needed and nothing seemed too much trouble. I could easily get hold of her and all the tickets and transfers were thoroughly 100%. Nothing went wrong during our trips but we felt secure that, if they had, we could ring her for help. I have readily passed her name to several friends and will be using her services again - roll on my next holiday.

We have used Mandy to book our holiday to Dubai in June 15. In the lead up to booking this holiday nothing was a problem to her. She priced up all aspects of the holiday without even knowing if we would book it. Just in the last two weeks I have been in touch with Mandy for prices for Poland again i cannot fault her for she makes every effort to make it so easy to book a holiday. I would have no hesitation in booking all our future holidays with Mandy. You do not need to go to the high street when you have people like Mandy to take the stress away when booking a holiday.
