I am based in Ryhall, Rutland. Please don’t let the distance between us stop you from choosing me. I’m based from home, which broadens my flexibility further. I can make myself available for a time that suits you and your schedule (including evenings or weekends). With travel being so important to me understandably I want to see the world and have already managed to travel to many of the States of America, numerous Caribbean islands, Greek islands and cities across Europe, the Far East including Thailand, the Middle East, Oman and Egypt, India, the Indian Ocean and Namibia in Africa. This has given me a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience of numerous destinations which only aids me in planning your adventures, I can tailor-make exactly the right holiday to suit both your desires and needs. I specialise in worldwide long haul destinations, cruises, family holidays, touring holidays, weddings, honeymoons, ski breaks, city and country weekend breaks, worldwide ski, rail holidays and in business travel.
No itinerary is too big or too small nor are there such thing as silly questions, please don’t ever hesitate to ask.
I often get asked where my favourite destinations are and for me a holiday must have some aspects of relaxation mixed with plenty to do, lots to see and new experiences to undertake. In Europe the destination for this would be, the Greek islands and Italy. In the USA, my number one state would be California. The Middle East, Oman, although if you are into history like me, Egypt is a must. In the Indian Ocean, by far the best is Mauritius. In the Far East I’d always pick Thailand, it’s so diverse.
I also am a lover of cruises and have been fortunate to have been on quite a few.
My best trip ever has to be Namibia. In 2005 I was fortunate to fly to Windhoek, Namibia when we then drove to Ongava on the edge of the Etosha National Park. This is one of the best places to see the ‘big five’ and it lived up to all expectations. We then travelled to Sossusvlei to see the sand dunes, another must see. Followed by, Swakopmund to see dolphins and the Skeleton Coast which is home to millions of seals. Adding in some history we visited Twyfelfontein to see the ancient rock engravings and drove through Damaraland to see the desert elephants. We stayed in the most beautiful individual luxury lodges for 3 nights, making the most of the early morning and evening game drives. We ended the trip with a visit to the world famous Africat Foundation in Okinjima to see the cheetahs which truly was the cherry on top of a fantastic trip.
