I just wanted to share a really special thank you to Megan. I originally went to her looking for a skiing trip, but I just couldn’t find anything within budget. Instead of giving up, Megan suggested Marrakech — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. Megan didn’t know this at the time, but I have always wanted to visit Marrakech but my husband has always picked other places he would rather visit instead, but on this occasion he was visiting Barcelona with one of our kids so her suggestion could not have been more perfect as I wanted to go away with our other two children. The price was incredible, and the holiday was so amazing that my mum ended up coming with us! We made the most incredible memories that week — the kind that will stay with us forever and enjoying another trip with my mother is something I will always cherish. What really stood out was how seamless Megan made everything. From check-in to the welcome pack (which even included sweets and Uno for the us and kids!), every little detail was thought through and it just took all the stress away. And knowing she was always there if we needed anything gave me complete peace of mind. It was so much fun we even tried to extend the trip and Megan was straight on the phone (at 8pm on a Friday) to Jet 2 looking for options. The excursions she organised were also brilliant — from hot air ballooning to waterfalls - truly unforgettable experiences. So Megan, thank you. I’m so grateful. I will recommend you to absolutely everyone, and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again.

If I could score more than 10, I would. Megan has been an absolute star! She literally sorted everything out for us from start to finish, was always a phone call away and went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife had the most amazing honeymoon. The care Megan puts into everything is brilliant, even sending us a goody bag and a card which was so kind and thoughtful. We will 110% be coming back to her for future holidays.

We have recently returned from a winter break in Agadir, Morocco, organised by our wonderful Travel Counsellor, Megan Gilsenan. What can I say, Megan Gilsenan was FANTASTIC. Me and the wife were on the lookout for a holiday for us and the kids, we found something on Jet2, but I knew of Megan through a friend and decided to give her a call. We had a chat about finding the same deal, which she did, but also managed to find us a few extra perks not available through the website (Bonus!) We had constant communication, even into late evening (like 10pm ish) She was just brilliant, explained everything we would get, is sorting seating, sorting check-in and always on call. She booked this whilst on her own family holiday, like, who else would do that. Megan Gilsenan was our travel consultant and I could not be more pleased with our wedding travel plans! She took considerable time and effort making sure she knew what we wanted and was always so gracious and patient (I’m prone to changing my mind!)
