Top tier service I can’t thank Melanie Mitchell enough for how much she assisted us throughout our holiday planning. We had an unforeseen circumstance which meant having to change our holiday dates and she sorted it out straightaway and gave us such peace of mind throughout. I can’t imagine booking a holiday without Melanie’s top tier service from now on and wish I’d found her sooner!

Melanie has arranged many trips for me and also friends I have introduced. I will no doubt ask for her help again.

Our trip to Paris My travel counsellor, Mel, was excellent and understood our wishes for our recent trip to Paris. Every excursion was well organised. She also included information on extra places we could go to see and where to eat, etc. Also having all our travel itinerary and documents on the app that we was really useful. We felt in very safe hands.

Mel seems to know me so well now and has catered everything to make my holiday feel really special. She was always available to me if I needed her for anything.

We have booked numerous trips with our Travel Councillor Mel Mitchell. The quality of customer service and destinations have been exceptional. Whether it’s skiing in the USA or a summer in Provenance every detail is catered for. In every instance our expectations have been exceeded. But most importantly when a problem has occurred in our case a flight cancellation at the last minute, Mel calmly had it sorted before we were even aware, in my opinion the true test of quality service is when a problem occurs and how it’s dealt with.
