Hi, my name is Melanie Warren
I am an experienced and knowledgeable Travel business owner based in Northwich, Cheshire, where I live with my Husband and our two lovely girls.
My great passion in life is and has always been travel and I am incredibly lucky that I am able to combine my love of travel with running a successful business.
My focus on client care, building and developing interpersonal relationships with clients to provide a 5-star service has always been at the heart of my vision.
I have been fortunate enough to have travelled all over the world and had some utterly amazing experiences. I have so many ‘favourite’ destinations… Brazil, Thailand, Venice, Turkey, Lapland Jamaica are just a few, I realise it’s a hugely eclectic mix! I also absolutely love a city break and experiencing new cultures and the diverse nature of the trip provides an accessible option for exploring the world.
Working from my home office means that I am completely flexible to your needs and requirements, I can be contacted days, evenings, and weekends to discuss all your travel requirements or meet for a chat in person if preferred.
I offer a completely bespoke, concierge style service which means that I will be your single point of contact and I take care of every aspect of your travel arrangements to ensure that you have a fantastic, stress-free holiday, offering 24/7 availability whilst ‘in -resort’.

What a first class service we have received from Melanie! This is our fourth booking with her and wouldn’t contemplate going to anyone else. Melanie goes the extra mile, making suggestions and advising on our holidays, having a wealth of knowledge about resorts, hotels and countries. She is available 24/7 and nothing is too much trouble, and is always so pleasant and professional in her work. We booked a holiday to Australia and Vietnam, we had a very exacting schedule which I feel sure would have tested any travel consultant, but Melanie exceeded our requirements and thanks to her, we saw parts of the countries that we had never thought of! We would like to thank Melanie, our Travel Counsellor for arranging an amazing holiday for us to Australia and Thailand. I realise that we had exacting requirements but you went the extra mile and beyond in ensuring that our needs were both met and surpassed! You suggested trips that we hadn’t thought of and were always on the end of the telephone answering our queries, no matter what time it was. We would also like to say a special thank you for arranging seats in a our flights that met my medical needs and am truly grateful for that. Amazing Lapland We took the trip of a lifetime, as a family in Dec 2021 and went to Lapland for Christmas! We went on the 23rd of Dec for 4 nights and from the moment we arrived at the ‘Santas check-in’ at the airport, the experience was absolutely magical.
